I brought the door in to them and they did it in an hour. They were very good.They did a beautiful job, they sealed it, and did all the necessary work.

All work was completed at high quality and in a professional manner. All workers were very polite and respectful. would definitely use Absolute for future projects. We are very pleased with all outcomes and details of the various trades involved in our complex project.

I called the company in mid-August because I needed some screen panels replaced on my pool cage. I was told by the receptionist that someone would call me back by the end of that week. I finally received a call almost 4 weeks later by a technician who was on his way to my house. He called me back after checking my pool cage and said that he didn't carry the necessary equipment to make the repairs that I needed. He was going to refer my repair request to another technician who can make that type of repair (the panels are over the pool at the top of the pool cage). It is now mid-October and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Needless to say, this company is off my list.

Overall very satisfied from onsite estimate and quotation, to scheduling, to installation and cleanup. Project involved complete screen removal and replacement using best available materials. Not as cheap as some "mom & pop" vendors but I wanted a professional job start to finish. Professional was what I got. Excellent value for the work performed. Would use Absolute Aluminum again and recommend them to those who are interested in quality work.

Absolute Aluminum responded quickly to our request for a proposal and measured the house, determined the placement of downspouts and provided a written quote within 24 hours. A single technician came to do the job, which was surprising since there were 60' lengths of gutter to mount. However the technician did an excellent, professional job and we are very satisfied with the appearance of the gutters. An unexpected shower as he was finishing up gave us an instant test of the gutters - they passed.

They did a good job. I was gone for the day when Mark fixed my roof. In this area we call Mark all the time.

The guys were quick and professional....gutters look nice.

I'm very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of materials. It was excellent. I hope I never have to replace another pool cage, but if I do, I know who to use.

They had a fair price, were professional and on time.

It took a long time for the installation to actually happen and that could be because they are busy. It's probably a good thing for the economy. It took about five to six weeks to get them installed after the proposal was signed off on. It's not like they told me that it would be done that week so I know it to be fair. They didn't set my expectations properly but just that they were busy. There were things that were exceptional about them other than it did take quite a while for them to get out here. It wasn't like my expectations were managed properly. The workers were good. They are a couple of leaks which you might expect and they are scheduled to come out here to repair that.

It went very well for the most part. It took longer than expected becuase of bordering and other things. There were some bumps along the road, but they were good on their word. The finished product is beautiful.

They were very professional. Overall it was excellent.

Everything went smoothly from execution to clean up. They did an exceptional job!

I chose this company to build a concrete deck with pavers to surround an existing pool and put up a pool cage. Although there were some issues in the beginning of the work phase, the company not only honored the contract, they improved upon it. I plan to use them in the future for window replacement and possibly an outdoor kitchen.

Their service is okay. I did call them back to re-do a particular corner. I think I have a ten year warranty. I would use them in the future.

I'm still waiting for a response to my request.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE PRICE, QUALITY OF INSTALLATION, AND THERE WAS NO CLEANUP TO BE PERFORMED AS THEY DID IT ALL. NOW WE CAN ENTER THE HOUSE THROUGH THE GARAGE OR FRONT DOOR WITHOUT GETTING SOAKED BY THE FORMERLY UNRESTRICTED RUNOFF FROM THE ROOF. WE ARE THOROUGHLY PLEASED.
