Ultimately they did a superb job. There was a minor issue with the re-screening, but their responsiveness to fixing the issue was immediate. The team they sent out was excellent. I am completely happy with their work.

It went great! Absolute Aluminum has done work for my aunt and uncle and they were highly recommended, so I was excited to see the deal. The communication was excellent. Two men came to install my new gutters. The gutters were up in no time at all and they look really good. It changed the look of my house. I am enjoying the compliments from my neighbors and it's nice to not be bombarded with rain when I walk out the door when it rains (I have a very steep roof with a valley right above the front door). The screen was done by a different employee. He was equally as nice, professional, and efficient. I will be calling them again when I replace the gutters in the back and re-screen the pool.

They always said they were too busy and never could come out. They finally came out and did a horrible job. I will never use them again.

Very responsive and very professional. Storm ripped through the area and they were inundated with calls. They were still able to expedite the job in 2 weeks to rescreen my lanai. My neighbor came out and asked them to make some minor repairs to his screen while they were out there and did so without any charge. The workers were also good guys - very polite and hard working. I would recommend them to my neighbors, but it appears I won't have to.....

From the initial estimate provided by Lance Rankin through the actual installation, everyone at Absolute Aluminum did a great job for us. Dave Moser kept in contact by email regarding installation dates (much appreciated) and the crew that installed the gutters and downspouts were knowledgeable and professional. They also followed up immediately after to be certain our expectations were met, and the company president, Dale DesJardins, sent a note of appreciation for our business (also a nice touch).

The salesman was very pleasant but kept changing the price when he found out I had a lower bid. That made me uneasy. I wasn't sure exactly what it covered especially on the little details. After talking to neighbors that talked about how long they took to get work done, I chose another company. We used Benchmark Aluminum and I am so pleased with their work and timeliness.

It went well. In fact, they are coming out next month to do some of the work. They came out as was agreed upon and looked over the space. We talked about some ideas and they sent me a drawing. It wasn't as detailed as I was hoping, but it got the general idea across and they seem to be a price for what the work would cost and the elected to have the screening done.

It was a great experience. What made them good was their courtesy, professionalism and being on time. The service did not cost anything more than the big deal purchase. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them.

I was hoping to get a professional paver design. I had used Outdoor Impressions in Tampa and was blown away with the design and hired them. Unfortunately Absolute Aluminum sent out an order taker. Period. I felt he had no design experience at all. I gave him the few ideas I had and that is all he used in the $59 computerization of my yard, no planters, benches nothing I don't feel he did anything but waist my time and money.

Absolute Aluminum is Absolutely Perfect! We had a lanai by the pool that was opened to the pool and tucked under the existing roof structure. We did not want to get into the cost of foundations, etc. as required with a heavier traditional glass enclosure as we've done before. We were looking for a company that also had the capability to custom build a lighter weight high quality and sturdy aluminum/acrylic enclosure. Based on Angie's list reviews we contacted Absolute Aluminum. The experience with Absolute Aluminum has been perfect, from the day we walked into the showroom and met with a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman until the job was completed, everything went perfectly. I want to add that the salesman also stuck through us with the entire job, he did not just sell us something. Also, the individual that pulls together the activities and interfaces with the customer did a superb job. All of the excellent comments on Angie's list are absolutely correct. All of the individuals were pleasant and knowledgeable, the materials of very high quality, excellent craftsmanship in the making and installation of the enclosure, and the scheduling of the work and followup were flawless. The aluminium structure is very sturdy and ties nicely into the house together with the existing pool cage. They do not use cheap aluminium, it is very heavy aluminum. I can't begin to describe how beautiful the structure is and it has easily added a couple of hundred square feet to the house. After the work was finished, we noticed one flaw in one of the sliders none had noticed before. I notified Absolute Aluminum, they responded immediately and an installation specialist was out the next day, examined the part and immediately placed a replacement part on order. I've spent many years around construction companies having houses/buildings done, etc., and I rate Absolute Aluminium right with the best companies I have worked with! The quality of the work, materials and professionalism are the best! And, all of the employees are happy and seem very well taken care of by Absolute Aluminum. All in all, it was an extremely pleasant experience.

Contacted company about installing gutters and downspouts around home--no previous gutters. Initial call to company by phone and appointment was set up with salesperson Caleb. Came out on 9/26/13 and took measurements, gave info about size/type of gutters and amount of downspouts and placement of them. I informed him that the reason for gutters was because of new mulch (rocks removed) and draining directly at base of home. He stated that downspouts would be extended to cement border to drain onto lawn. Price as quoted and agreed upon. Required a deposit, I think he said to secure spot on installation calendar (I could be wrong about reason). Anyway, paid with credit card $122. Caleb informed me that most or all further communication would be via email if agreeable, but that calls can be made as well. All communication was via email, from "welcome and thanks" to updates regarding schedule timeline. There had been much rain in this area so I knew that there would be a wait period. Finally a month later work was scheduled and completed. There was a slight issue that not all the downspouts extended out over the border and I notified them (via email) and sent pictures attached. The next day I received an email back from Dave and was assured that someone would be out to take a look and fix the problem. Sure enough, Eddie came out and added longer downspouts so that everything now hangs over the border onto the lawn. Eddie explained a slight miscalculation in measurements and that cost was based on that original calculation. I told him that I was going on the verbal explanation from salesperson as to how the downspouts would extend. I would have other work done by this company. I gave a B for price because I felt it to be a good and fair pricefor the job. FYI: (now I know) when having gutter and downspout installation whether with this or any other company, be sure that the exact length and location of downspouts are in the drawing as well as calculated in the costs,

Best business around. Always let us know exactly when they would be showing up, giving us a heads up. Was always on time and the professionalism of all the sub contractors on the job were awesome. Cannot say enough about this company. Run excellent from the top down. Anytime we wanted answers to our questions, they gave us their phone and emails and within 10 minutes, we always had an answer, day or night.

Prompt, professional, quick. No appearance of drops other than gutters. I'm quite pleased.

Absolutely Amazing! They matched a lower bid that I showed them. They made adjustments I wanted. They worked with our schedule. They were polite and courteous. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. There was one small problem that I inquired about: they send out an inspector the next day and then took care of the problem. Couldn't ask for better! I would give them an A +!

It took a couple of months to effect the job to be scheduled and completed. They had to hire and train people to meet their increased demands. The re-screening was done a couple of weeks prior to the rain gutter/down spout replacement, but BOTH jobs were done impeccably well. I wish I could show you the BEFORE and AFTER photos to better demonstrate the significance of having had this done.

It went great. They are very busy but they do an excellent job. They have the latest solutions for the caged pool areas and do a thorough job in showing the materials they use and discussing the pros and cons of each. I felt that out of the 3 reputable companies I used to get quotes on, they were provided the most variations and options in the materials I could use for my rescreening. Their prices might not be the cheapest but comparying oranges with oranges, their prices are competetive. Their service people are quick and professional and did an excellent job on my panels. After the job was done, they sent me a warranty registration together with my receipt so I could fill it out and drop it in the mail for my 10 yr. warranty on the materials they used for my screens. They run a very good business, going smoothly even though they seem to be swamped with business!

I had a very good experience with them. They came out, gave me an estimate and came a few days later to do the job. They did a professional job and they knew what they were doing. The job came out the way we want it to and they said that they will come back if if there will be problems. They were also reliable and on time.

The work was completed over two days with no issues. The installation of the gutters and downspouts went smoothly.

Corey came to give me a quote 2 weeks prior approximately to the job being done. It was completely explained to me by Corey, at the time of the job quote, of how the job would be done, the matterials that would be used, why they would use the particular matterials that they do use, the warranty of the materials and job and the price. He was very professional and amiable. He kept in touch over the two weeks reminding me of the job date and asking if this was still ok. When asked if he required a deposit he said no and went on to explain that they would not require any payment untill the job was satisfactorily completed. The crew that came were very respectful. I had, between quote and job, picked up three 'water harvesting' Cisterns but did not know exactly how to position them to best effect. I also needed a 3/4 inch drill bit to complete the job. They let me borrow their drill bit and the crew chief worked with me in informing me of the prime positions for the Cisterns to be in. I installed them in the suggested spots and the crew tied them into the system at no extra charge. The day after the job Corey called again to make sure I was happy with everything done. He does this prior to depositing the check. What better than this can a homeowner ask of a sub-contractor?

We havent started the physical work yet, but will keep you updated. I cant say enough about Joe Clarkson. I have remodeled over 15 homes and have rarely found anyone able to personalize plans the way he has done.
