Great service from the start to finish. They kept us up to date on probable dates for installation since this work was dependent on weather. The gutters were installed and the area was cleaned up so it was not evident that any work had been done. The supervisor let us know when they were finished and asked us if everything looked right. This was an excellent experience for us.

Due to an employee that was subsequently discharged, we had to wait a long time for service. However, the company made it right by sending a very dependable and skilled employee to make my gutter repairs. He did a great job and I would recommend Patrick to anyone. The company did the job at no charge to make up for the delayed service for which I appreciated very much. The problem did not lie with company rather a bad employee that made promises he could not keep.

Nick Bowary reviewed all of my options and then drew up the plans. He then oversaw the project from start to finish and he was always available to answer questions. Scheduling was important to me because I needed to install tile before the new structure went up and I had a deadline for project completion. All work was done on time. The men who did the demolition and put up the new lanai were pleasant, knowledgable, skilled and efficient. They did meticulous work, showing great attention to quality and detail.

Short answer everything was done in a friendly professional manner

We had them replace out gutters, although we did have to wait quintet a long too ime between the time we hired them and when they came out. But we are extremely pleased with their worked the product.

Sonny showed up as scheduled to provide us with his advice and an estimate of the cost of the installation of the LED lighting on our lanai. Once we gave our approval, the supplies were ordered and we were put on the schedule for the installation. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently to install the tracks, wiring and lights and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Work was completed in one day and we are thrilled with our new lighting. Everyone who has seen it loves it.

I Steve, our salesman was very professional and explained all the options to us. The scheduling was done exactly as promised, workers arrived on time and were very professional. All work was done in a timely manner, they answered all our questions and cleaned up the worksite after they were done. There were only two issues that took a little effort to resolve. We were not at home when they finished tearing down the old cage. When we returned, we found some of the soffit was hanging down where the old cage was attached. They agreed to send someone out to repair the damage in two days, I told them I was not comfortable waiting that long and it was repaired the next day. The other issue was that the existing lanai floor was painted and the texture would not stick to it. To make it look consistent with the new floor, they wanted to charge me an additional cost to remove the old paint. Since this should have been included in the estimate, I said I did not want to pay the entire cost but would share it with them. I contacted our salesman and after a day or two he said that he had made an error and they would pick up the cost to do the job as in the estimate. Overall, we are very pleased with the new lanai. Absolute Aluminum did a fantastic job and was very good to work with.

bad. dont use them. they put the gutters and downspouts in, but never finished the job. rainwater gushes out all over flower beds and washed them out. i contacted them and told them i would PAY THEM to come back and finish the job right, and called and called. 4 people, over about a 10 day period. no response. then some guy called me from his truck and said he was busy. I had already scheduled a professional service to come in and fix the mess they made. Cost was not a problem, it was their very very poor customer service, no response attitude and all the time i have had to take to fix the mess they made. Use someone else

I got several estimates for gutters and downspouts and decided this company was my choice. They communicated, via email, through the whole process. (This is a rare treasure in Florida.) The installer, Kris, arrived the morning they said he would. After setting up his equipment he removed all the old gutters and downspouts and began the process of making the new ones. Seamless is the way to go. The product looks great. Kris was very polite and professional, just a joy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing gutters and downspouts or whatever other work they do.

Everything went extremely well. Some wood rot was discovered when the old cage was removed, so we were delayed until we found someone who could replace and repair the wood.

Never ever before have I dealt with a company as efficient as this. From the initial phone call to the actual installation, I was always kept well informed by phone and email. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Their customer service is second to none. And my entryway is beautiful. Thank you.

Eric came out on April 1 & provided an estimate. He indicated that the work would be done in 3-5 weeks. On April 24 Juan & Kyle installed the gutters & downspouts. They were very good at their jobs & were able to answer all of my questions. They also did a very good job of cleaning up when they were done. During the first heavy rain storm I noticed one small leak & called the company. Eddie came out that day & repaired the leak. He noted that I should not hesitate to call if there were any other problems.

Overall a very satisfying experience. Salesman "Sonny" was professional, on time and great to deal with. He even followed up after the sale to insure our satisfaction. Installers were also professional. Minor issues were corrected quickly and correctly.

It was done on time as scheduled. The work was high quality. They were fine on price. They were always good.

The original plan was drawn up as specified in the deal attached to this work. The workers were very professional. Communication between the company and myself was excellent, with a daily update provided. If weather interfered, I was told when work would be rescheduled. My only problem had to do with cleanup of construction materials left behind. When I notified the main office, they immediately sent someone over to clean up the debris. Although it was an expensive undertaking for me, I am very happy with the results and I've heard nothing but compliments from friends and neighbors about the work. I have no hesitation in recommending Absolute Aluminum to anyone who has asked.

It went good. The salesman was very professional. They accidently installed a higher grade screen on one area, other than what we contracted for, but they did not charge us due to their mistake.
