Absolute Aluminum is the largest outdoor specialty company in the area featuring an array of products to enhance your outdoor living area including; pool cages, seamless 6" and 7" gutters, and StruXure louvered roof systems. We deliver 3 Uniques to all of our customers, Solid Education, Solid Communication and Solid Installation, through our Absolute Proven Process. We're dedicated to building dreams, while creating raving fans.

Description of Work: Caleb Hunt, sales rep for Absolute Aluminum was outstanding, very professional and always available when needed. There were no surprises, everything was completed as agreed in our contract. We were updated when needed, and always informed ahead of time when workers would be arriving. We had a new screen/cage installed with lighting. During the period January thru April, we had a variety of contractors working on our home including our pool. Absolute worked with us and our hectic schedule. Highly recommended them for any project.

Description of Work: Complete demolition of existing pool and outdoor kitchen and total reconstruct. Many contractors (and subs) and they did a really nice job of remaining flexible and professional. Very responsive to observations and requests. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again if opportunity arises.

Description of Work: Called the company SEVERAL times for some information and an estimate. Never got to talk to anyone! Left many messages in a period of 3 or 4 days, even had my husband call from a different number and different name but we NEVER received a return phone call. If they can't return phone calls then they obviously don't want our business and we don't need theirs. Very frustrating!

Description of Work: They were recommended to me but I have since changed to another provider. They tend to have inexperienced crews (or 50% inexperienced) and a re pricier than other companies. I would consider using them for an entire cage replacement but not individual screens

[removed member name], I'm a little baffled why you would take the time to post inaccurate information about our company on Angie's List. Your claim of that we have "inexperienced crews" is based on what? Our records show we did a re-screen for you back in June of 2013. Our records indicate that everything went smoothly. We employ (4) full time service technicians who provide service for not only our own customers but also those consumers who's company has either gone out of business OR do not provide service after the sale. When it comes to services such as "re-screens" there are plenty of unlicensed guys in trucks with no physical office who can do this kind of work for whatever amount of money they chose to make. Our service technicians are employees, covered by workers comp and insured, working under our license and driving company trucks. The freedom of choice is there for any consumer to select the level of service they desire, from whomever they desire. Because somebody gave you a "deal" you felt the need to post something negative about us? To say that we "tend to have inexperienced crews (or 50% inexperienced) and are pricier than other companies" is based on what? Absolute Aluminum has experienced, trained technicians and we stand behind and warranty our service work. Enough said.

Their back-log is about 4-weeks out for work to begin. Sales Rep was on-time for the appointment, was attentive to my requirements, and professional to work with. I expect the work will be performed satisfactorily.

Description of Work: Re-screened pool cage, approximately 40 x 20 feet. Re-screened pool cage, replaced some base screws. Did a fantastic job. Others had tried to re-screen the pool cage and told us they had a very difficult time trying to do a decent job on a 45 degree corner of the cage ceiling. This company had NO problem with any on our cage. They did the work in a few hours. Did NOT break any of our roof tiles (even though the guy on the roof was a big muscular guy). Fantastic job! These guys are FANTASTIC!
