Description of Work: I got an estimate only and ended up hiring my tenant's associate. However, I would have hired this person as he was professional over the phone and was prompt in getting me a fair estimate.

Description of Work: Screened lanai constructed/ added to 16x8 open area at back of my new home. There is a slight slope in my backyard and the lanai ''sank" as clearly evident by a crack extending the length of the lanai or 16 feet. I have been advised that lanai structures are not required to have special footings, so the construction was up to par. My problem with AA is their refusal to even return my calls(at least 4, receptionist promising a return call. I had inquired about a lanai remodeling. in no way blaming them or expecting any monetary consideration. I JUST NEED THIS LANAI FIXED/ I CANNOT SELL THIS HOUSE IN THIS CONDITION; poor to no customer service, professionalism.

Description of Work: Excellent Company...Very professional. They provided a free estimate for installation of new gutters. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. A 10% down payment was required prior to installation. I was contacted via email and informed of the week the gutters would be installed (about a 3-week wait). My email request for installation on the Monday of that week was accommodated. They showed up on the day and installed all the gutters within 4 hours (3500 sq ft house). The two technicians were very professional and knew what they were doing. I will definitely use this company again for other home improvements. They don't only do gutters...

Description of Work: Until we found this company, we had almost given up getting the old gutters on our "new" house repaired. They arrived on time, had all the necessary equipment, and we have nothing but praise for their work. Would never hesitate to l call them again, if more work were needed.

Description of Work: Screened in Patio and extended Lanai at least another 12 feet. Used sun-sceen mesh, They put up the extended sunroom in 1 day. They started the patio with pavers prior to sunroon room being closed in. The job was excellent and so were all their employees. I would hire them again when need. Oh! almost forgot they screened in our entrance with superior screening and a mistake was made on selected design and when notified they came back the next day and corrected it to perfection. Great company to work with.

Description of Work: Many builders in Florida do not provide gutters around the entire house. Consequently, I found that on one side of the house where a large expanse of roof emptied onto a flower bed of some 70 feet, I was getting a lot of erosion from heavy rains. So, I called Absolute Aluminum of Venice, who installed my pool cage and did an excellent job, to install additional guttering. I received a very fair estimate and three weeks later the job was done in under two hours. The installer did a better job than the original gutter company and was polite and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I contacted Absolute to repair/replace some window screens in a home I just purchased - also repair a small hole in pool lanai screen - very small section at roof level. Never received a call back - left two voice mails for the "window" guy Steve - finally I called him and told the operator I had not received any response after two calls over 5 days - she put me through to his cell phone. Steve answered and sounded annoyed and told me he had referred my job to another company and that they would be contacting me. Still nothing from that company either. If they ever do call I will tell them no thanks. I guess they don't need to bother with small residential customers or something - not very professional to not return NEW customers calls.
