I never knew they were doing the work. I saw a truck outside. When i went out the work was done & I immediately let them know that it looked horrible. The worker called & let me speak to the man in charge & i told him how bad it looked & asked if i could send him pictures. He said no & the workers tried to fix it. They took out some dirt from underneath because it was way to high & the used a tool to beat it down, but it was such an eyesore! I called the company the next day & explained how disappointed i was & zi sent pictures. No one ever responded. Someone sent a text telling me to water it twice a day for an hour & i ve been doing that ever since, but it doesn t look any better

Do not use Victor Alejo/A CUT ABOVE THE BEST, they did a horrible job installing curbing at our home. The work we required was to replace the existing hurricane damaged curbing. The company?s manager Victor Alejo could care less about the quality that he declares he is dedicated to in his advertising. He claims his company has 26 years of experience, he is 35 years old, and the average age of his non-English speaking crew was in our estimation was the early 20?s, so that claim means nothing. Victor Alejo got these guys started and left for the day. Timely work and good pricing.

Workers showed up and did not know what to do, English was a problem. I called for supervision, waited about 1-2 hours. I was directing the work. Supervisor showed up and explained the job, he was here about 1-2 hours, they workers left without completing the job. I called the office and left a message, no return call - 4 calls in total. I sent an email and requested that they complete the job, no response to date. I paid another company $500 to complete the work.

The curbing around my mailbox is not level. It is also oval and I drew the lines out in white paint but it is extremely crooked with the street. I called but no return phone call. JR

Got a bid and the week, gave them a deposit, then the week they were to start they raised the price $275 for stump removal . The next day I went out to even out the stones in our floor bed and the stumps are still there just covered them with stones. Also set their equipment down on my lawn and spilled or burnt large areas of grass. Called an emailed my complaints and no response. Their original bid was more than I had ever paid before for tree trimming but gave them a shot, what a mistake

Use proper equipment, finish the job and bouble charge the customer.

The job was to level the yard and put down new sod and an irrigation system. The first half of the yard is awful. We found out from a worker the sod was leftover from another job and they had to use it. The sod Is not level and has brown patches. We spoke to the supervisor. The second half of the yard looks beautiful. There is a distinct difference between the two sides of the yard. The supervisor is unresponsive, it took multiple calls to get a response back. We cannot recommend them.

Amazing lawn service.

I went to pay with a credit card and when they charged my card they did not tell me that there was a fee and that my contract didn't include tax. Their contract process was very sloppy not really sure what your overall price was going to be. One that was sent to me via email did't even have the price on it.
