Description of Work: Replaced ridge vent, and caps. Tore off roofing where It meets linai, repaired rotted wood, installed proper flashing and re-roofed. Installed 2 vents and repaired leaks at an existing vent.

+ -1 morehe did plug the hole that he caused by suggesting to "fix" the places where the solar panels were held. Well....he "FIXED" them alright. NOT
Description of Work: I am adding to the review I did previously. I have found out that the damage he caused on work that he suggested doing should have been covered by his insurance and he just bugged out. Did not suggest fixing it nor having us fix it and having him cover the expense through his insurance. Because of the hole he left in the roofing tile, there was extensive water damage in our bathroom ceiling and probably to the insulation (which he did mention) but did not offer to replace. He is not really reputable or reliable.

+ -1 morePaul worked alone and completed this in 2 days!! He is very knowledgeable and a very hard worker. He knows the laws and codes and pointed out flaws in prior work. I would highly recommend him. He is very good.
Description of Work: Replaced flat roof on back of Florida home by tearing off old roof and replacing it with tapered insulation, installed polyglass ruteroid sup over polyglass base sheet. New shingles above flat, replacing any rotten wood.
