TNT Termite & Pest Control

After calling a major advertised pest control service, beginning with the letter O, and receiving different quotes from four of their franchise dealers, I called TNT. I received immediate response, and made appointment with Ed. Upon his arrival, he was straight forward with the ant problem/solution. He stated the ants were a relative new invasive specie in this area, and it would take quarterly treatments to kill them off. This was identical to what I'd been told by the FL. Ag. Extension Service. There was a decided decrease in exterior and interior ant population following the initial treatment, and by the end of the series, no more ants on our property. Ed always calls the day prior to arrival to alert us of his planned visit. TNT does an excellent job, and I would call them with any pest problem. Highly recommend. Customers will receive a straight forward response and professional service, unlike the the franchise operators who under cut and negative their competition.

No one in office when I called; left message as to my needs; Bonnie returned the call promptly and set appointment. Gave a time window, and Ed arrived as scheduled. Diagnosed the ant problem; said up front that a one-shot application would probably not kill all of them, as we have numerous tropical plants in which they like to nest. Bird-of-Paradise, etc. etc. Goal is to keep them out of the house. Decided on a quarterly service, if needed. Very pleased with results of first call, and the professional manner in which it was handled. Price competitive and efficient. I later researched white footed ants on the U. of FL Agricultural web page and everything Ed stated was echoed in the UF document.

Tom got rid of my citrus rat problem and his father repaired the damage they did to my air conditioning hoses and where they chewed through the wood. They even rebuilt the side of the house where bees nested and left a hole after the bee keeper removed the colony. They provide a complete service and repair of any damage done by the bees, rats, mice, termites, carpenter ants, etc. I have had problems with all the above and they have helped me restore my peace of mind and my home. Tom is a retired Army Ranger and his military training shows in his honesty and integrity and the way he treats his customers.

We were quite pleased with the job. Ed Tekampe and his aide arrived promptly on schedule, and seemed to do a thorough job very efficiently. Ed Tekampe, the owner, is very professional and knowledgeable. Time will tell if the termites are eradicated, but we have every reason to believe that the job was done successfully.
