Great service throughout the complex process of purchasing a foreclosure home. Jeff is very responsive to email and txting, and always on time for appointments. During the home search process, Jeff recognized I was looking for a realtor to show potential properties, not a salesman to sell me on a house which wasn't a good fit for me. The purchase was complicated by the listing agent not being responsive and following Fannie Mae foreclosure guidelines which conflicted to the accepted Florida real estate practices. Jeff Lewis did a great job keeping me informed and in the end we completed the sale early. I also sold my investment home in Dover, FL with the help of Jeff Lewis. Jeff was very familiar with the neighborhood, held open houses, and had a good Sales Contract within 4-weeks of listing the property. The selling price was $65,000 above what one of the local radio talk show Realtors suggested we list the house for. Overall, I was extremely please with the service and the outcome of working with Jeff Lewis.
