+ -1 moreThe owner was ill at the time we called requesting an estimate for replacing our concrete window sill on the outside of our large double-sized window. He had us text him a picture of the area and he gave us an estimate for the work. As soon as he was feeling better, he came out and built the form, poured the cement and cleaned up the area. He came back a few days later to remove the form. The project provided us with a good as new window sill and the cost was spot on with the estimate. Very nice and professional people to work with.
Description of Work: Replace outside cement window sill.

+ -1 moreThe guy who came out was great. He was honest and upfront. He is not out there to rob one. It was the easiest and economical solution. It works great. He is going to come back and do some work for me when he will be done with his current project. He was here straight for 8-hour.
Description of Work: S &M Solutions installed a pool drain as I had an awkward draining situation on my back porch to allow for it to drain, so I wouldn't have standing water.

+ -1 moreA contractor that we had called recommended him. He is excellent at his job, he is a craftsman, he did wonderful repair work and it looks better then the house has ever looked and the house twenty two years old. He is neat, works neat and clean and cleans up after himself. The price is very reasonable and I give him A's all the way. I would recommend him to anybody.
Description of Work: I used S&M solutions back in February to do some stucco work on a support columns . He does brick work, stone work and stucco. Three different times it was $2000.00 worth of work. His name is Scott Jolly.
