+ -1 moreVERY RESPONSIBLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND FURTHERMORE HE ADJUSTED HIS SCHEDULE IN ORDER TO GET MY JOB DONE. HERE AT A QUARTER OF 8 AM. WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 8 AM. VERY PUNCTUAL.
Description of Work: Pressure washed house, sidewalks, patios - the whole works.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT SERVICE. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS BIT HIGH, BUT THE SERVICE WAS SUPERB. JEFF SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE, GAVE A THOROUGH DESCRIPTION OF WHAT HE WOULD DO, GAVE US A WINDOW FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO DO THE WORK AND FOLLOWED THROUGH. HE AND HIS HELPER DID A SUPERB JOB. I DON'T LIKE PAYING LOTS OF MONEY, BUT IT SURE MAKES IT FEEL BETTER WHEN YOU GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE.
Description of Work: PRESSURE WASHED ENTIRE HOUSE, POOL DECK, LANAI, DRIVEWAY, AND SIDEWALK.

+ -1 moreMY POOL DECK IS UNDER TREES AND HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR OVER 3 YEARS. IT HAD A GREAT DEAL OF MOLD AND DIRT FROM THE MANY POTTED PALMS AND BAMBOOS I KEEP ON IT. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME... WITH BREAKFAST FOR ME... AND GOT THE PLACE LOOKING LIKE SOMETHING FROM A MAGAZINE IN JUST A FEW HOURS. I HAVE 3 OTHER PROPERTIES I'M ABOUT TO HIRE HIM FOR SO DON'T CALL HIM UNTIL I'M FINISHED. HE HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE. ONE NOTE: I MOVED ALL OF THE POTS OUT OFF THE DECK AND I SWEPT IT FAIRLY DIRT FREE WITH A BROOM. HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO A LOT OF MOVING OF HEAVY POTS OR TABLES AND CHAIRS.
Description of Work: JEFF TOLD ME THAT HE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET ALL OF THE MOLD OUT. BUT HE DID. HE USED A BRUSH AND SOME CHEMICALS THAT DIDN'T EVEN CLOUD UP MY POOL OR KILL ANY OF MY PLANTS. HE ALSO SPRAYED THE MOLD FROM MY SCREENS.
