Came out as soon as he could- didn't put me on the "back-burner" because it was a small job or because of the time of year. The porch looks really good & hopefully will prevent any more Great Escapes by my idiot cats.

Michael is wonderful! He was on time, polite, and cleaned up after himself. He did everything he said he would in the time frame he told me he would and for the amount he quoted me. I have recommended him to 2 co-workers who also used him and plan on using him again in the future. I have another list of things I need done started for him as well!

The drywall repair is excellent. Quality work for sure. The pressure washing was excellent, very nicely done and detailed. Mike takes time to explain and answer any questions you have. Very nice and professional. On time and we definately plan on using his services again in the future.

This is the 4th time Mike has performed services for me. I will continue to call Mike for handyman services. He had his own gas pressure washer and scrubber. I have a large driveway and stones on both sides of the house in addition to stones lining the driveway and as dividers in back yard. Everything looked like new when Mike was done. In the past, Mike has also installed a shed, cleaned gutters, and painted garage interior. His prices are reasonable and he does a great job as if it were his own house.

This experience went very well. Showed up when he said he would. . Call me before doing any work. I am in another city. Told me exactly what he would be doing and did it. Even did something extra at no chg. very professional. Would definitely call him again.

It was tricky to find a day to accomplish these minor repairs due to all of the rain, but Michael kept in contact and was able to adjust his schedule in order to meet with me. He was on time, extremely patient and professional, and did a great job. I have had a few bad experiences with other providers from A.L. in this category, so I was very pleased with how painless this was. Would not hesitate to recommend Michael, and would certainly contact him again for any future services. I also really appreciate that "no job is too small", as this was a small list of items and yet he still understood that it was important to me. Thanks!

We had used Michael before in remodeling our guest bathroom and were extremely satisfied with the results. Because he is so adept at so many different things, we decided to hire him for pressure washing on our double driveway, sidewalks at the front of the house, front entryway, side patio and back patio. These areas were NOT in good shape beforehand but afterward? WOW! They look FANTASTIC! Thank you Michael for another great job. Having squeaky clean concrete makes me feel like my entire house is new again!

My wife and I just purchased a home and we needed many things done before we move in. We called Mike initially because of his positive reviews on Angie's List, but having now met him, and having had the chance to interact with him, we could not be happier with the decision we made to contact him. He worked two days on various tasks for us, arriving on-time and working with the utmost professionalism from start-to-finish...meanwhile keeping us informed throughout the entire process. He is a very likable person and easy to talk to, and completed each task to our utmost satisfaction. We are so impressed with his expertise and skill level that we've hired him to come back for another two days next week. His prices (we feel) were more than fair for the time and energy he expended on the various jobs that we needed done. We can't recommend Michael highly enough. (1) Mike installed the shed perfectly. He completed it on a hot Florida day and did not leave until it was completely installed. (2) Mike cleaned the gutters by hand putting the debris in bags. Other contractors have used a blower causing a big mess on the ground. I wanted someone to clean gutters the way I would and Mike did the job. I am thinking of painting the inside of garage and Mike said he could do the job.

I'm so happy with all of the work Mike did in our home. The work he did took about 40 hours. The painting was a big job because we have such tall walls in many areas. I was so impressed with the quality of Mike's painting and that he did not have to use painter's tape. He has such a steady hand and good eye for detail. The walls look great. He also did a wonderful job repairing my botched wall patch in the laundry room. It looks flawless. (Now that we use Mike's Handyman Services I have stopped trying to do any home renovations myself and my family is very happy about that!) Mike was also able to solve my need for additional shelving in the laundry room by designing a very efficient solution. When Mike started to install the original plantation blinds I bought, he noticed that they were not good quality because the slats didn't hang in a straight line. He had me return them and buy another brand. I'm so glad he did because the different brand looks wonderful. I appreciate that he cares about doing a quality job and if something is not right, he lets the homeowner know what needs to be done to make it right. The other things that Mike fixed were annoyances that we had been living with for years. I just happened to mention them to Mike and was so happy when he came up with solutions for all of them. He can fix so many different things related to so many different areas. Overall Mike does excellent work and is an "A" handyman. He is also a wonderful person to have in your home because he is very professional, very nice, and very neat and tidy.

Mike did a great job pressure washing. All areas looked very clean. Mike took great care in caulking, trimming, and painting and the results looked so good. It was a great idea of Mike's to paint the sidewalk leading up to the screened entry. Also, having Mike paint our patio furniture saved us the cost of having to buy new furniture. We were very satisfied with the installation of the bamboo shades, ceiling fan, and dimmer switch. We highly recommend Mike's Handyman Services.

I love my glass tile backsplash in the kitchen and Mike did an absolutely perfect job installing it which is so important because glass tile is expensive and you want it done right. And what a difference the soft-close door stops make with no more banging cabinet doors. I am so pleased and feel these upgrades were definitely worth it.

We are very pleased with all of the work Mike did. It's a great thing that Mike is able to do repairs in so many areas: sprinkler system, carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing, etc.. Everything was completed with excellence and in a very timely manner. I thought I was going to have to replace my kitchen faucet but Mike was able to fix it, which was such a blessing.

Mike did an excellent job as always, and is so professional throughout the entire process. This is why he deserves an A rating. Everything he installed looks great and works exactly as it's suppose to. We will definitely use him again and, in fact, we are presently planning our next project. I was referred to Mike by my dentist and called him that day. I received a phone call back the same day and scheduled for Mike to come over the next day. He arrived promptly and was respectful and curtious. He created a list of the work that needed to be done and within one day I had an estimate. Mike's prices were very fair. We scheduled the time for him to come over for the beginning of the next week. He arrived on time and went to work immediately. All work was done within the time frame promised. He arrived on time daily. The quality of Mike's work was very good. I would hire him again. Actually, I left him a message today scheduling him to come back and install our new kitchen faucet!

Mr. Buford (Michael) arrived in a timely and prompt manner. He was professional and did an excellent job repairing two broken toilets and electrical outlets. Mr. Buford was friendly and courteous, putting me at ease with the whole process of having a contractor in my home. He charges only what he pays for supplies/items and his hourly rate of pay is excellent. He assisted me with removal and reinstallation of 2 over-the-toilet shelving cabinets in both bathrooms. Mr. Buford presented in a neat and tidy manner, which is always a plus. I felt very comfortable with him and he is very personable and easy-going. We discussed various other projects and he kindly gave me some hints and recommendations for future ideas I have, connecting me with providers he is knowledgeable of, and who he has previously worked with. This kind of networking is important as it promotes a feeling of sincerity for an honest job and trustworthy sources. I am, without a doubt, going to hire Mr. Buford again for various handyman jobs around my home. I highly recommend anyone in the Riverview/Brandon/Valrico and local areas to hire him.

Mike was prompt to the jobsite, did a great job - very attentive to details - and we had an overall positive experience with him. He does quality work and was able to deal with even some of our unforeseen situations as they popped up i.e. reworking plumbing behind our new bathroom vanity.
