He did a good job and charged a reasonable price.

When I first contacted him, he said that he would be out the following week to give us an estimate. But he told me right away that he was pretty booked up and it would be at least June before he could get to the job. So he wasn't going to be available immediately and I said that was fine. He was very upfront about the fact that he was not available right away. He came out to the home and we showed him what was going on. He inspected it the best he could. He told my husband what he felt he needed to do. And then at one point he thought it would need something more expensive, but later he called my husband back and said he thinks we can do it in a way that would lower the price a little.

I've used him for several years now. He is wonderful. He is very reasonable in pricing. Will be using him for any future projects.

Had to make adjustments on mix and pressure to get the building clean.

Larry is excellent. I have had him out twice.

Larry and his helper arrived at the time he said he would. He had to remove an existing cabinet and run power for a new outlet. With great care to not scratch the wood flooring, the compactor was slid into place. The end results looks like the unit had always been there. It took them about 3 hours and everything was done very professionally. We will use his services again and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

I was contacted an hour or so after I chose Larry on Angie's List. In told him what I was wanting and that I had already purchased the pull down stairs. He quoted me the price of installation and made an appointment for the following Wednesday. Larry showed up on time and had everything he needed to do the installation. The work was finished quickly and professionaly. I would have Larry do more work for men in the future. I also referred him to a neighbor that wanted some work done.

He was recommended on Angie's List. I had him pick up what we already had for the old set of lights. He pretty much left it to us to decide on the lights. He cleaned up the mess he made. He was on time every time he was here. The price was very good.

No mess or clutter , minimal noise. Extremely organized and efficient. When the job was completed he cleared and hauled away everything. He did a lot of work, taking care to complete a job he could and should be proud of. I will always call Larry first. Glad we found him on Angie's list.

He returned my calls in a timely manner. He got here on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Very well done.

He spent five days with us. He did a lot. I got the materials in today so he is going to be coming back soon. He's excellent and efficient. I didn't even know he was there. He's very neat and when he is done he cleans everything up. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's going to do more work for me. He's very pleasant and very professional. It was excellent quality.

Had my BR remodeled to accomadate my recent semi-permanant use of a wheel chair in my house. The renovation included grab bars for the toilet using the experience of the men who did my remodel for the bar placement What I didnt count on was having to use a grab bar in my new shower as well. I could have easily done this myself "before" and still could but getting to the store for the grab bar was an issue!! I always use Angie's, so decided to look for a handyman to get a grab bar done. Searched seveal areas but finally found Larry, but after reading some of the reviews, I just knew I would not be able to get him any time soon. When I called him I believe he said "booked till the end of April"!! I told him my story about the renovation and the wheel chair and was told he could squeeze me in "maybe" Friday. I said ok and I had called other handymen and just blew him off!! I'll be damned if in within an hour he called me back and said he had time today, in between jobs!! I said great come on over, he stopped by the store got exactly what I needed for the grab bar and even thou he broke at least 4 bits hitting nails from the other construction, he had her done in less than an hour and only chraged me $85 thats WITH the grab bar!!! It was great, got it done, same day, great sevice, very professional!! I would say he was great and I would reccommend him to everyone, but I want to be able to use him some more before the end of April!!! LOL Thanks Larry!!!

Called Larry from his reviews on Angie's list and was not disappointed. He returned my initial phone call quickly and we set up a date to look at the work to be done. A fair estimate was given and a date set for the work. It turned out that it was actually done much sooner that what he thought. Not being there to see the end results, Larry emailed me before and after pictures. Was very pleased with the outcome of the pressure washing and I'm sure that the caulking was done very professionally and the seepage from the rain will stop. I will use Larry again and feel confident to recommend him in the future.

We needed our mailbox painted due to HOA requirements within a few weeks. We also decided to get our exterior lights painted at the same time. Although Larry was booked out past the due date, he worked to get us into his schedule. He, prepared three coach lights, one rear door light, one lawn light, and our mailbox for painting and then spray painted everything. He took his time doing the work and we were completely satisfied with the results and the entire experience. We will definitely use his services again.

I was very impressed with the work. Larry arrived on time for both the estimate and the actual work. He told me exactly what he would be able to do and then provided me with the names of other workman (who were also on Angies' List) to provide the drywall and flooring repairs. He cleaned the site when he was finished and completed the work when he said he would.

Everything went very well! I had no recommendation for Larry other than Angie's List and as other reviews indicate, he is helpful, efficient, reasonable and easy to deal with. His pricing is very straightforward with no surprises. Everything is well done, and we have some more work to do shortly that we will definitely call him for as well. Also, while this isn't important to everyone, it is to me; he is very pleasant. Sometimes it is awkward when you have people in your home who are stone silent or somehow seem annoyed by their own work. While Larry keeps moving and gets the job done in good time, he is still personable!

Awesome! Larry is a master at his craft. It took 5 days to complete the work(including one whole day for the floor grout to dry). First day was demolition and removal of flooring , vanity and medicine cabinet, fixed the whole from the med cabinet, repaired a leaky pipe in the wall that burst as soon as he touched it, thankfully he caught that when he did so no water damage to new vanity or wall. Next day was the floor tiling. Over the next 3 days he painted, then installation of vanity, hardware etc. Final results look great!

He did a great job. Very neat, very professional. When I wanted some more work done, he didn't have time for a couple of months, so I did have someone else do some work on a bathroom. I would like to have Larry do some more work around the house, when I can mesh our budget and his schedule.

Larry was great. He showed up to the appt early, was very professional, came in under the estimate and looked around at another job I needed to have done. He told me he could not do it but was very honest and told me what I needed to do. I will have him back again when his services are needed. NO compliants from me thats for sure. Glad I found him on here and it is a vig relief to know there are honest people out there to help those who are in of services. Thanks again Larry.

Larry is terrific! He fixed everything on my list in a very professional manner and even completed a couple of extra tasks that I found while he was here. He arrived on time, had all the materials required, including some materials that he purchased in advance for the door frame and sealing the front door. He saved me money on a celing light/fan fixture in our bathroom by giving me some advice instead of replacing the whole unit. I would definitely recommend Larry to anyone, and will ask him back for any future fixes!

Excellent job, looks & works great. Molding added around the entry site for a finished look. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely use him again.
