Description of Work: Demolish and reconstruct a bathroom to make it accessible to an elderly relative who just moved in with us. They helped ensure that the bathroom was ADA compliant and perfectly safe for our mother. One of the traits of the owner Edward that I really appreciate is that he will often say, "Don't waste your money. Why don't you consider doing this?" This is also not the first time we used this contractor. 2 years ago we had a flood and hired the "preferred vendor" of our insurance company. It was a disaster!!! After firing them, we were referred to K&E Repair Solutions and they not only laid flooring--on which we get tremendous compliments--they repaired the sloppy work of the previous contractor at an extremely fair price. Once you hired K&E Repair Solutions, you won't ever want to use another contractor!!

+ 0 moreas in Florida it rains a lot and had a leakage in my garage in which started to mold up so I called K&E Repair Solutions and he came in a jiffy and fixed my problem and they also cleaned up very nice too very proud! as in with the interior painting my house needed an update ASAP and he gave me great options in the company and quality of the paint and once he did the job well it was amazing if you don't believe me give them a call they will do anything with a great price!
Description of Work: He foxed my leakage problem in my garage ceiling and painted the interior of my house

+ 5 moreThey do a fabulous job. Most of my neighborhood uses them. I was the first one to use him on my street, and now 4 or 6 people use him. He repaired tile for me, and put down brand new tile. He did beautiful work. He repaired my window, and painted the interior of my house. His pricing is average. I would highly recommend him. He is very dependable and very professional.
Description of Work: I used K&E Repair Solutions, LLC. He does power washing, paints the interior and exterior of houses. He last fixed some sprinklers for me.
