Description of Work: I hired JH Studios to re-design my website in order to get a high placement on google, yahoo, etc. search engines. My previous website that was created by another company was not optimized with search criteria and therefore it would not show up on searches. John Holland was our contact for our re-design. He started from scratch and created a brand new website. It took about 1 month from start to finish but in the meantime we had a coming soon page. The coming soon page ranked on the 2nd and 3rd page of searches and that was pretty impressive. When the new webiste was launched we starting ranking in the 1st-5th positions on page 1 within a couple of months. We now get many hits on and many complements on our website that John created and we are extremely pleased.

Description of Work: I met with the JH studios representative Stewart Grumbling on 1/11/2007 to get a quote on business cards and 5000 brochures. They made a proposal on Friday the next week and I agreed and paid for the printing 1/22/07. Almost a month went by before I had the first business cards proof and when I received the proof it wasn't as I had requested. They gave me every excuse in the book (the designer didn't do his job and was fired, the designer left on bereavement leave and didn't transfer the job to another designer, the server went down, etc.). I paid them $1205.00 and a month later I have nothing!
