He has been wonderful. I had a really bad experience with a previous contractor which is why i have him now. He is fixing the problems from the other people. He had really had to match and get someone to match my floor. He was recommended by my Aunt. Their quality of work is excellent compared to the past one. I had a flood so i had it done through insurance. They are at my house do it right now. He understood my budgetary restraints and tried to work within it. He is very fair.
Description of Work: Homes Plus Inc is remodeling my bathroom and redoing my floor.

Our initial meeting with Mr. Reynolds went well, however after a subsequent meeting where we showed him drawings and floor plans, everything changed. At our initial meeting, everything was possible, after that, everything kept going up in price. When Mr. Reynolds finally produced the initial plans, they were so far off the mark we decided to stop work with him. We have made numerous requests for a partial refund but we have not received anything to date.
Description of Work: Initial project meeting; promise of completed architectural drawings. Requested refund for remaining unused fees and after 10 months and several requests, we have received nothing.
