DO NOT use this service. I bought a house and wanted a DEEP cleaning before moving in. I searched our area and came across this company on FB. She has great reviews so I decided to go with her. After making my choice she informed me that I would have to pay upfront. I questioned this and she stated it’s because she has $7000 in outstanding invoices. I told her that I understood and agreed to pay upfront. BIG MISTAKE. The crew arrived on 5/11/19 around 2 pm. Once they were “done” I checked everything rather quickly so they could be on their way since it was a Saturday and I figured the crew was anxious to get out of work. BIG MISTAKE!! Owner came reviewed house and quoted me $675 to deep clean my house. I agreed on price. She showed up with 3 girls cleaned upstairs and didn’t come back to clean downstairs until 3 days later. When they showed back up they stayed 5 hours doing I’m not sure what. They cleaned my oven and let the cleaner run down on my cabinets taking off the finish. Area rugs were mopped around, my kitchen cabinets were suppose to be wiped down and they weren’t, my stainless steel appliances were all streaked up, the baseboards were not wiped down, the glass in my French doors were not cleaned, picture frames were left dusty, when the floors were mopped they mopped around basket and other small things, didn’t wipe light fixtures. However, I paid them the first day they were here before the job was even completed and the owner cashed my check the very next day, but didn’t come back for three days to finish up. When I told the owner my concerns about what was not done properly per her flier, she told me no one else would have done my house for that. Granted my bathroom toilets and showers needed scrubbed but she quoted the price, I agreed. If it was more work than they expected, that is the owners fault. She went room to room before she quoted price and if it’s more work than she anticipated that does not excuse all the things not done. She advised they vacuum the tops of your couch but not under the cushions and sent me pics they had taken of my bathroom. This was her defense as to why other things were not done as per she advised. I would strongly advise folks to not use this company. Their very expensive and they do not give you what is promised when the job is sold to you!! She also has a lot of employee issues and told me she was having lots of complaints from customers about her help. Her help was trying to sabatage her because they wanted more money. That was her first excuse as to why things weren’t right.

They were worse this time. They did minimal stuff. They vacuumed the room and do I have to tell them to make the bed? I don't know what they were thinking.

They were overpriced and they weren't thorough. They need to clean better and lower the price. They were respectful.
