+ -1 moreI called and left a voicemail after hours, expecting to get a call the following business day. Instead, I got a call back that evening. I scheduled the appointment, and everything went just fine. I thought the service charge was very fair given that he had to do some investigation and diagnosis into the problem.
Description of Work: My A/C stopped working. My work has used Conover so I tried him for my house. He was on time, extremely informative and fixed my problem. I needed a simple repair and some freon. I was convinced that my 17 year old system was shot. An unethical company could have talked me into a new system, but instead Bob was honest (as I expected) and gave me great service.

+ -1 moreBob did an outstanding job with installing our new system. It was installed just before Xmas and Bob made sure the job was completed so we could qualify for the Federal tax rebate. We had quotes from three much larger AC companies who assured us that we were getting discounts only volume dealers could give us. Bob still beat their prices. When the county inspector came to inspect the AC installation, he asked who installed the unit and siad "this is one of the most professional installations I have ever seen". I would heartily recommend Conover Air for your AC maintenance and new AC installs.
Description of Work: Bob Conover replaced our old Heat Pump with a new, energy efficient model. We have a zone system and he replaced the zone controls, added another zone, replaced the vent dampers, replaced all themostats with programmable models, and installed two new return vents upstairs.

Description of Work: Installed 2 1/2 ton 13 SEER heat pump system. Including all duct work. Added (3) 12 x 12 return vents in and new Honeywell Pro 6000 thermostat.
