the entire project took two to three weeks. each portion was tended to professionally and completed on the same day as it began. the patio took a little longer because of the demolition removal and recasting.

David was very upfront. He answered all my questions. They were punctual and they cleaned up their mess.

I had two leaking windows. I called three companies. I went with the first company that came out. I probably should have talked to all the companies, but I can't complain. I am happy with the windows that I purchased. One of the windows did leak after a heavy rain. They came out pretty quick and repaired the problem and I have not had a leak since. The other window wasn't quite measured correctly and there was a challenge to the installation. But they did get it done and it does not leak. Which when they were installing they found a major problem from the previous company that installed a window 11 years before. The place of leakage would never had been corrected without the replacement. Since the previous window was not installed correctly. The company was professional. I paid half down and half on completion. I am happy with the install.

;Overall David Bunker, Owner, has changed his business style. I signed my contract on 3/30/12 with the understanding that I would call him April 30 to schedule installment. On 4/28 his crew came to complete the job. I called David and told him our arrangement was that I would call him 4/30 to schdule installment. He began to scream at me repeately over the phone. His crew wanted to leave everything at my house but I have no storage and sent them away. On 4/30, Tim (crew member) called to schedule work for 5/1. There were two men on the crew and no supervision. I had to ask that my carpet be protected; for them to cut out the openings one at a time; to cover the patio with a drop cloth because of the cement dust. They only had one drop cloth and cement dust went everwhere (on my pool patio and inside the house) I had to check to see that all the drill screws were in place. They did not have the working drawing and two holes were not predrilled at the factory so the inspector had to make two trips. They were there from early moring till dark. The men verwere nice but needed supervision. I spent several hours cleaning up the mess that night. Then they wanted me to sign the loan papers which specify that I had checked everything and all was correct. I wrote on the papers that it was dark and I would check the work the next day.David again called upset because what I had written on the loan papers. He pressured me into signing new papers.An representative from the mfg company had to come and fix a discloration on the door. He wanted to know why the installers didn't fix this themselves. He also moved the door stop to the end so the door could open as wide as possible.I called and emailed David numerous times for an inspection date. He kept telling me it was done. I asked him to email me the paperwork. Again David was wrong and no paperwork had been turned in. The inspection paperwork was submitted 6/15/12 finally. The inspector was quite nice but had to come back because of two missing screws.This allo was very stressful for me. They have a great product and a good price but there is no supervision, poor follow-up, and David does not listen to the customer.During tropical storm Debbie two of the windows installed in 2009 leaked. I called and David sent out his follow-up crew. These two men got caulking all over the bathroom window which I need to clean off and had to come back and recauck the window. The other window's drainage holes had plugged up and let water in. These people need supervision. Very poor work.

Their pricing was very competitive. They were very trustworthy; I was even able to have them do the work while I was out of town. They sent me photographs of the work so I could make sure it was okay and I am very pleased. They have a state of the art facility and are controlled by government regulations. This makes it impossible for any lapses in the quality of their product.

Salesman came over to my house to measure and give price. I decided to go with him and not get any other bids. I was offered free financing which I took because I recently replaced my shingles (see Brothers Roofing review) and replaced my AC (see Lloyds Heating and Air review). After I signed the paperwork, I had a question so I called the sales person. He then informed me that now I don't go through him anymore and that I need to contact the office. When the installer came over to install french doors, he was not aware of what I had ordered. I was supposed to have a mini blind inside the glass. The panel he put in was just glass. Then after he installed the door, he asked for my lock to put in the door. I told him that the lock was included in the bid. He didn't think it was. He told me I could go to Home Depot and that he would wait at my house. I told him that I needed to talk to the owner. He called the owner. This was on a Saturday. The owner told him that I didn't want the blinds and that it did come with the locks. I asked again to speak with the owner and he refused to talk to me. He said he would call me on Monday. The installer went to Home Depot to purchase a smart key set. The owner never called me on Monday but had the salesman call me on Tuesday. So, new glass with blinds inside was ordered. Then I had the windows installed. The installers did a good job. I refused to pay in full because I no longer had a comfort level. I cancelled my free financing and paid cash feeling I would have more leverage getting the job complete. Now, the owner wants to talk to me because I didn't pay in full. I paid $3500 and said I would pay the balance of $1500 once the new glass with blinds inside where installed. The owner was not happy with me. In April, I finally got the glass replaced in my french doors. The installer tripped on my irrigation rotor while carrying in the glass and broke off the head completely. He said he didn't know anything about irrigation and asked me if I had any glue. I told him that I would pay him $1000 and pay the balance after I had an irrigation company fixed the rotor. Once again, the owner calls me. He was not happy with me again. Got the irrigation fixed. Deducted the $100 bill from my $500 balance and mailed him a check along with a copy of the irrigation invoice. Installers did good work. They just don't like to work on Saturdays so I was cancelled twice during this job. When it rains, I can't see at all through the windows as they get fogged up from the outside. Called owner and wanted more information on the Gorell 5380 series and Gorell 5004 series that I purchased. He told me to go online to Gorell to get that information. Customer service not good!

The service was good; we did have one little hiccup ordering one window the wrong size but they fixed it right away. They had a good price out of the quotes that we got.

Poor- The window measurements were taken by Clear-View. They did not measure them correctly. This resulted in four trips to the home to make the repairs.

Overall Clear-View performed extremely well. We have experienced an approximate 15% decrease in our power bill since installing the low e windows. Every window is tightly sealed when closed. I would gladly award Clear-View another contract to replace windows given the opportunity to do so. On yeah and my homeowners insurance bill went down over $1000 a year due to the installation of the new windows patio doors.

They were excellent. I called the BBB and they were A+ rated. He had the best price. The installers were great to work wtih. It is an excellent company.

The only reason I did not recommend them is because they said they would not charge me for installation if I let them put a sign in my yard. There was a last minute hitch I had to contact them for. I did not feel that was a good experience for someone else to go by when looking for windows. I did my research and I could not tell if they were more expensive or not due to the free labor issue. He was a relatively new company at the time and the windows came from someplace else. He was just the dealer and/or installer. The windows were manufactured by All Side. He resolved the issue we had at the end but I thought it was kinda cruddy what he had done. The windows were perfect and the installation, done by Ray, was great. The 12th window, the last to be installed at a later date, was not the one I ordered. I had to get back in touch with him and pursue it but he did resolve it. He tried to make me feel bad because I signed the papers but I feel like he had to have known he was putting in the wrong window. I should have gotten what I agreed to in the beginning. I am not sure if my experience is appropriate for Angie's List due to the signage and no installation fee issue. I probably would hire them again but I would be the wiser for it. I should have paid more attention, but when it started falling apart I figured it out!

The job went excellently. They were perfect. One of the windows developed a crack, and they took care of it immediately. They are really nice people. They are prompt, honest, and efficient. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves.

I reviewed and received estimates from multiple companies. Although I did not select Clear-View Windows to do my installation, Dave Bunker was a first class individual and I would certainly consider his company for future projects. Dave was extremely responsive to my questions, emails, and phone calls during my consideration phase. He was extremely willing to work the estimate to best fit my wishes and needs. I would definitely recommend his company to any of my friends or coworkers in the future.

Everything went well. Work completed a lot earlier than I expected.

After interviewing several companies we selected Clear-View Windows based on their total package. From the initial presentation, to the final install and warranty provided, we feel confident that we made the right choice. Dave Bunker, owner, is very knowledgeable and experienced in this field. Alternative options helped with total price of project. The installation crew (Ray, Chris & Ishmal) were fantastic--very professional and efficient. They took great care and pride in their work.
