This was the cleanest roofiing install I've ever seen. It was like they were never here. Completed job before I came home from work. Sales and office were extremely great and helped me with financing needs! Great company all around.

They completed my 3 roofs in 1 day. It passed all inspections and I'm getting premium returns from the insurance companies. What could be better than that? I will recommend this company to everyone as I own several properties so a lot of homeowners ask me who I use for various projects.

The staff arrived early and worked very diligently all day. The staff was large with everyone knowing their job. They all worked together like a well oiled machine. At the end of the day, I had a new roof. I m very pleased.

The job was scheduled for a Monday but the never showed, I called on Tuesday and the office rescheduled the work for Wednesday but never told me in advance. Then on Wednesday, I got a call saying they need to move it to Thursday. On Wednesday the material arrived and they hoisted it up on the roof. When the guy came down off the roof he damaged my gutter on the front of the house. I am still waiting on that to be repaired. On Thursday, a team of two people showed up, a male and a female, neither of which spoke English. I tried to ask him questions but he had no clue what I was saying. The quality of work was very good but the customer service is lacking.

Was looking for a company to perform a leaking roof. Found CB roofing on this site. Overall, the experience was very difficult and the pricing was premium, but not worth it. 1. It took several weeks for them to come out for the estimate. They went to the wrong location one time. A second time, they didn't have the appropriate location. 2. I had multiple repairs made in our townhouse complex. I had shown all the leaks and they quoted a price and we accepted. After making repairs, one of the leaks was continuing. THey came back and said that that leak was not included in the original quote, when I had explicitly pointed it out. 3. For one of my neighbors units, their leak also continued. The company came back and repaired it. 4. At that time, they also identified the original repairs that were made were not done correctly and had to come back to fix that as well. 4. For another neighbor who had no leaks, a leak developed 2 days after they performed repairs on the complex. That sounds like quite a coincidence. 5. I wanted CB to work with me since we had already paid close to $10k and they didn't even complete the original work I asked them to, and now there's a new leak immediately after they made repairs. However, they stopped returning my calls. I called/emailed at least a dozen times and no response. That is truly disappointing customer service. I was never inappropriate with them, and we paid handsomely for repairs and for that, not even a phone call returned. Will never work with them again. We hired another company that completed the repairs for a lower price than what CB quoted. Very disappointing and was a preferred provider with homeadvisor too.

Communication is non-existent. I didn't even know my roof was finished, because nobody told me. The crew left materials in my yard and driveway, again, nobody told me why they were left or when they would be picked up. I just found out that my roof failed two inspections- the permit office told me, NOT CB Roofing!! They couldn't even tell me why the roof failed. I wish I had known this yesterday, because I would have stopped payment on the check.

Initial contact with sales people was impressive, but after that communication and workmanship was shoddy. We needed roof boots replaced and due to their schedule they were to inform us when they would be able to do the job. The workman just showed up one day without warning and used inferior material to do the replacement. It looked like someone had run over the articles and he tried to straighten them out to put them on. Had to call the company to have them send an inspector who said their work was not up to par and they would replace them. Even after this was done, it was necessary to call the inspector back yet again.

Came to check for a possible leak, but no fix required. He recorded a video on an iPad to demonstrate what he saw. Cool!

Weather problems (rained nearly everday) slowed repairs, but when the weather cleared, the crew came out and fixed the problem (we hope, it has not rained yet)

The job appears to be completed satisfactorily but I am disappointed in the follow up and the hands off approach. Not once did anyone from CB Roofing Construction, Inc. visit the job site to check on the subcontractors who completed the job. They were hard workers and seemingly did a good job but I was told that someone would meet me at the job before they got started and upon completion to review maintenance, warranty etc. That never happened. Upon replacing a skylight the sheet rock inside was damaged and the unfinished wood used to build up the framework is clearly visible from the inside. CB Roofing will not stand behind this stating that it is out of scope. As stated in many roofing reviews, an excessive amount of roofing nails were left behind in the lawn, shrubs and over a dozen left in the pool. These clogged the automatic pool cleaner multiple times. They did offer to reimburse me for the repair to the cleaner which was minimal. However, the time spent cleaning up and taking the cleaner to the repair shop was considerable. Finally, I requested a final inspection and copy of paid invoice for insurance and this required multiple follow ups. Subsequently, it was determined that a mitigation report is now required for premium reduction so I contacted CB Roofing expecting to pay a reasonable fee since they had just replaced my roof. They quoted $250. I hired Hawk's eye for $70.

Pathetic experience. Had to contact Home Advisor Special Solutions division to resolve substandard work. Failed twice by the county inspections due to substituting inferior materials from what was specified in the contract and poor quality work on two sections of the roof. This is only a very minimal review of the overall horrible experience with this company. LET THE BUYER BEWARE.
