It took a couple of months, but they made repeated trips every few weeks to follow up. They eventually got it all taken care of, and we've been happy with their services.

Everything went well. They were very efficient and courteous.

We have used them for the last eight or nine years, and we have been extremely happy with them. They come once a year. They come out whenever we have an issue. We have only had very minor issues. They are very friendly, punctual, and thorough.

They are pretty good. I think it is kind of expensive but I don't know because I haven't done an honest job of checking with others. I had a cockroach infection and I did all the things that I could do myself and couldn't get rid of them so I called them and it has gone away so until the cockroaches come back, he has a job. He is a nice guy and they are very professional. They keep me in their tickler file and call when it is time.

The first couple of years I was here they would have to come back out. We had bugs running around. I haven't had to call them in between visits for the last four years. They are very reliable. They are neat, clean and punctual.

They sprayed the inside and the outside, but we continued to have trouble with tiny winged ants. They suggested that we pour baking soda in our tub drains--we got another company out who said that there was actually a nest outside. Their technician did not seem as knowledgeable as I would have hoped, and I was unhappy with their inability to solve our specific problems. Their prices were reasonable, but I have found another company who could actually offer a solution to us.

They are great, family owned and operated, and professional. If they come by the house and no one is home, they only spray outside and they'll call to make an appointment to come back and do the inside. If we're dissatisfied, they will come back within a week and respray.

I have been using Brandon Pest Control for the yard for years. Gradually, they let the yard get out of control. In August of 2008, the yard was infested with cinch bugs and the weeds were out of control. They came out and sprayed, but it did nothing but leave half the yard barren and ruined. I asked them to replace the damaged yard. At first, they didn't want to do it, but I threatened to take them to court. Finally, they replaced the damaged sod, but shortly afterward, they sent me a letter canceling my service. Brandon Pest Control was responsible for three things; kill the weeds, bugs, and fertilize! They fertilized OK, but failed in the other two areas.

They came when they said they would come. They are very polite and respected me and my property. We have been using them for eleven years and we have never had a complaint. Any time we've called them and asked them to come back out they have come out no problem.

The salesman they sent out to us showed up in a shirt and tie and didn't really inspect anything except how big our house was so he could quote us a price. The price he quoted for the Termidor treatment was $885 more expensive than the company we went with for the same treatment. He didn't explain very much to me, he left me a DVD so I could watch it myself. He was polite but I didn't feel like we got a good inspection and of course the price was outrageous.

They are always on time. I used them for six years and the price has never gone up. I have had the same technician for that time. They are very knowledgeable. They do a great job.

They came out four times, and I sill see droppings. They were very nice and polite, but I still see droppings and it has been a month.

The technician was supposed to dust for carpenter ants but when he came out he said that he just wanted to spray because dusting makes such a mess and it would be an inconvenience and health hazard. He felt that it was overkill to dust the first time out. The technician was very helpful and I appreciate his concern for the customer and health hazards involved. They have been very courteous and on time. They have been up front about what needs to be done and I have been very pleased. They have given me a guarantee. The first time they came out they had to squeeze me in. He made it clear that it would be difficult to make it but he was excellent about staying in touch and up to date on the status of my job.

I was very pleased with the service. The man who did the estimate arrived when they said he would and was very polite and knowledgable. I had an infestation of carpenter ants outside the house and a few roaches and ants inside. The man who did the actual treatment came the next day and spent about an hour and a half treating everywhere, including the ants. He was also friendly and courteous. Over the next few weeks I saw many DEAD roaches and ants around. Not a live one yet, 6 weeks later. They will be doing a check and re-treatment, if necessary, in 6 months at no charge. I am a very satisfied customer.

Josh, the technician, was on time, very polite and professional. He was very thorough and explained the process completely. I chose Brandon P.C. because they offer an environmentally sound treatment. Great service - pleasant experience!

WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH FIRE ANTS IN OUR HOUSE, AND I CALLED TO ASK IF THEY COULD COME OUT THE SAME DAY. I EXPLAINED THAT I HAVE TWO SMALL CHILDREN AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THEM GETTING INTO THE HOUSE. THE GUY WHO WAS IN CHARGE AND USUALLY DIDN'T SPRAY CAME OUT AND SPRAYED THE SAME DAY. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

I SPOKE AT SOME LENGTH WITH LLOYD, THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, BEFORE I EVEN AGREED TO AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND GAVE ME MUCH INFORMATION AND SEVERAL PHONE NUMBERS FOR REFERENCES AND FURTHER INFORMATION. ROY, THE SALES REP, THEN CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND THOROUGH. HE CHECKED MY ENTIRE PROPERTY, INCLUDING THE ATTIC, AND DETERMINED THAT THE DAMAGE WAS CONFINED TO THE WOODEN CARPORT AREA. HE GAVE ME THE PRICES, WHICH VARIED WITH THE LENGTH OF THE WARRANTY. I CHOSE THE 2-YEAR WARRANTY THAT IS THEN RENEWABLE ON A YEARLY BASIS. FINALLY, JEFF CAME OUT TO DO THE ACTUAL WORK. IT TOOK HALF A DAY AND HE WAS INCREDIBLY THOROUGH. I WAS THERE FOR THE WHOLE THING. THIS IS NOT HIGH-TECH WORK; THIS TAKES OLD FASHIONED HARD LABOR, DEDICATION AND TIME TO DO THE JOB PROPERLY. I FEEL THEY ALL WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PROVIDE ME WITH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND I FEEL CONFIDENT THEY WILL HONOR MY CONTRACT FOR ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE.

I CALLED IN A PANIC BECAUSE I WAS FINDING FIRE ANTS IN MANY PARTS OF MY HOUSE. I WAS VERY CONCERNED, AS I HAVE TWO YOUNG CHILDREN. I CALLED AT 7:30AM, AND ROCCO ANSWERED. I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION (AND ADMITTEDLY WAS A LITTLE EMOTIONAL) AND ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY WAY THAT SOMEONE COULD COME TO MY HOME TODAY. ROCCO SAID THAT ALL THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY BUSY ALREADY BUT HE WOULD CHECK. WHEN HE CAME BACK TO THE PHONE HE ASKED IF I COULD WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW. I EXPRESSED MY CONCERN ABOUT MY CHILDREN BEING BITTEN, AND HE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO COME TO MY HOUSE. HE SAID HE WOULD BE AT MY HOME BETWEEN 10-NOON. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. HE EXPLAINED THEIR SERVICES AND WHAT THEY COULD AND COULD NOT DO. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY REALLY WENT THAT EXTRA STEP TO TAKE CARE OF MY SITUATION. I AM NOW GOING TO GO ON CONTRACT TO USE THEM FOR IN HOME AND LAWN SPRAYING ON A REGULAR BASIS.
