B-Blue Pools

We had to cancel due to in a 5 week period we had 3 no shows. We have cameras and would watch them basically not do anything they marked on their paper that they did. Then to top it off after we canceled their service our bank sent out another bank draft and they had the nerve to cash the check. That’s cool!!

Called the owner on Friday and told them my problem and gave them my address. He stated they would send someone on Monday. On Monday i received a call and when i verified my address to the employee he informed me they didn't come to my address. I called the owner aand he said he didn't realize my address (I live 15-20 minutes from them). insteaad of honoring his word he just said sorry. Great waste of three days for me!

B-blue pools came out fast when I needed my pool and pump looked at. The damage was assessed and we had a tech out to get part numbers, etc. the next day. The following day my pump was fixed, for less than what we were quoted by the other company. We also had a couple other nominal issues that were corrected as part of the service. We are also now using B-Blue pools for our regular pool maintenance.

Pool looks great and they are very reliable.

Overall, the service was good. We did have one instance of algae returning to the pool following hurricane Irma, as there was a time they were unable to service the pool.

B-Blue took over servicing my pool in June of this year and I am very pleased with them, They keep my pool clean and it is nice and blue I never have any trouble with the pool. Jim is very respectful and honest, he takes the time to answer any questions I might have. I have had 3 other pool companies and my pool has never looked so good. The company does a good job and I will keep them for ever.

Fantastic service, I called Jim on Monday told him that my pool pump had quit working and on Tue. Scott was here looked at it and on wed today it was fixed 1st thing. Scott was very respectful and answered all my questions. I will be using this company for all my pool needs from now on.

Came on short notice and Absolutely FANTASTIC service!! Equipment explanations were thorough and all my questions were answered satisfactorily. Felt comfortable with all the answers and there was no upselling or suggestions on repairs/equipment that weren't needed.
