I now have a new A/C person, they do 24 hour work with no time and half pay for overtime. If a repair job has to be paid, they do not charge a service call fee. When I called, he said he would be there within an hour and he was. He went outside and found the problem, he came in and explained to me what the problem was. I asked him about my unit and he said it was old but to get as much out of it as I can. He advised me to consider replacing it down the road. He was a very friendly person and did excellent work. Thankfully my A/C is now working like a charm. The capacitor came with a two year warranty as well.
