Description of Work: Replaced outside condensing unit and air handler in attic. Installers inadvertently cracked the initial 90degree PVC elbow from the air handler drain pan in attic. Immediately after the installation we left on a 5 day trip and upon return noticed the ceiling had multiple spots from water damage. Crew was sent out the next day after Air Time representatives verified that it indeed was the air handler leaking condensation and they discovered the split PVC elbow. After over two years we've been left hanging for the repair of the ceiling. The first responders tried to downplay the damage and said I could get a spray can of Kilz from Home Depot to fix as though it was my fault I had damage. Now we have the popcorn peeling from the sheetrock. This is a tough call as the technicians who installed unit were indeed professional and timely, and the elbow splitting could have happened to anyone except it did happen and Air Time should take responsibility to fix but they ignore me. Will continue to use Air Time because of warranty and annual checks per contract.

Description of Work: Air went out on July 4. Called Saturday morning and he was there within a couple of hours. Checked out the unit and it was a blown fuse. He replaced the fuse and gave us a spare just in case it blew again. Will use him when we need to replace the unit.
