A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing

I called to request an estimate to have my tile roof cleaned. The owner of the business, Patrick Anthony came to my home that afternoon and provided a written estimate. The estimate was close to what I had paid in the past, and all of the reviews I had read on Angie's List were positive, so I agreed to have him do the job. He came on the day and at the time promised, and did an outstanding job on the roof. He and his assistant were careful not to injure the vegetation around my house, and overall were much neater than the company I had used before. Both Patrick and his helper were friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would use them again.

Estimate was broken out so I could pick and choose what items I wanted to get pressure washed. This helped because I didn't necessarily want to do everything all at once, but I do know how much it will cost when I am ready to do the remaining items. Response time was quick! House looks great! I will definitely have them come back out to do the remaining items on the list.

They did a fantastic job!. They even pressure cleaned a few areas as a courtesy that were not on the original estimate including the waterfall near my pool and the gutters around the house. They did a great job sealing my pavers also which are now 10 years old & the sealing really brought back the color. I had gotten estimates from 2 other highly rated contractors on Angie's list & A-Tampa Bay was the most reasonable. Also, Patrick showed up each time exactly when he said he would as it took 2 separate visits (1 to pressure clean & the next visit to actually seal the pavers). they also take credit cards which was very convenient and I paid him over the phone after I saw the quality of the work done. I could not be happier and I would recommend A-Tampa Bay to any friends or relatives.

Everything went okay. My wife mentioned that they were quick. I would tell a friend not to use them. They are okay, but the quality of work was not that good. They could have done a better job.

Our gutter running between the metal rook of our patio and the pool cage is essentially inaccessible to mere mortals, and since we bought our home this summer, have been so clogged than a small forest was growing in them. Not wanting to risk collapse once the rainy season starts back up, I knew it was past time to call in the pros. Enter Tampa Bay Pressure Washing. I was able to get an appointment set up in a reasonable amount of time, and had a firm price quote after describing the situation. On the day of service, the two man crew crew showed up right on time, got set up quickly and went to work. They did a great job clambering around in areas where they had to carefully find supports, and made sure not only to clear out the gutter, but to also make sure the resulting detritus was cleared from the lanai. Yes, the pool filter needed some extra TLC that week, but considering how much gunk they had to spray out of those gutters that was certainly to be expected. I will definitely be getting in touch with them to come out in the future to keep things from getting out of control again.

Called Friday and Patrick scheduled job for Monday morning. Am a returning customer and this company continues to impress from always seeming to answer the call, to scheduling with a short lead time, and best of all the quality of the work is outstanding. The results are excellent! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Phenomenal. They actually answered the phone--didn't have to leave a message. They showed up on time. It was a long, hard job and they stood by their estimate. When part of it wasn't complete and it needed another 1.5 hours of work, there wasn't a second of hesitation. David did an awesome job, will definitely use them always.

I would definitely recommend this company for all of your pressure washing needs. Patrick was quick to call me back and schedule the appointment. They showed up on time, got right to work and explained each portion as they went. They also asked me to come and check each area as they completed it to be sure I was satisfied. I was completely satisfied as everything was cleaned completely and looked great. They were professional, friendly, and did great work; which is why I would use this company again in the future!

David arrived earlier than expected but I was very happy about that. Dave had a helper and together they did the driveway, lanai with all the screens in 3 hrs. The results were excellent. Everything was so clean. They exceeded expectations. I would recommend to anyone.

Dave showed up on time and went to work. I don't think he even took a break for the seven hours or so it took to complete the job. It was clear from the beginning that he was a professional. He was polite, informative, and thorough. He is a nice young man and a real credit to the company. We will definitely call them again when we have a need for pressure washing.

Cleaned out the gutters as far as I know.. A previous service showed me a before and after picture on their phone. The pressure washing in my super gutter got debri over most of the pool enclosure, so I guess I got a little pressure washing of my screens too. Only problem was it took a couple of days to clean my pool water from the sloppy job. HINT Don't use pressure washers around a pool for overhead work!!!!

Patrick and his company did an excellent job. He answered all my questions and came the following day on time to do the job while I was at work. I came home ave everything was clean and beautiful. I will call again, thanks!

Owner was excellent at returning my calls promptly, keeping me informed of time and services that were to be rendered. The two young gentlemen who came to perform the job were extremely professional, very methodical and detail oriented when they were performing their tasks. I would use them again and would definitely refer them to friends and family.

They don't go above and beyond. I am the only one that lives here and they knew that, they had to remove the heavy patio outside. They didn't came back the next day and check in, look the work over or needed help to put the stuff back in or just recheck on the work. As the work dried you could see the seals, they said that would go away, it has gone away but I can see some areas it has not gone at all. They answered the questions but my problem was I did not know what questions they answered. They were punctual. You treat a person how you want to be treated but I did not get that from them. If the guy had come and check the work and if I was satisfied I would have used them in the future and told everybody about them.

Very prompt in responding to my request and arrived on-time to give me an estimate which I felt was a very good deal; less than I have paid in the past for the same services. Employees were very prompt, polite and the job was completed in no time. Will definitely use them again!

Great job as always. Carport roof is gleaming white. Washed outdoor cabinets at no extra charge. They haven't been that clean since we bought them. Worth absolutely every penny of the VERY responsible price. Thank you!
