The work went well. They did a good job, were on time, and finished in a timely manner.

Quick response for an appointment and he showed up exactly when he said he would. The job he did was excellent and we hired him to come back and power wash our lanai and cage which was also an excellent job. I would definitely use him again and without reservation recommend him.

It worked out fine, they did a great job, they came by, gave me a bid, they were done in 2 hours and it was a wonderful job. I had some additional job done for an additional $125 for some roof work and other things.

Patrick and his crew did a fine job especially the upper pool cage, especially the tall parts I have trouble reaching. I would recommend there services.

They were on time, they were very honest about what we needed to get done and really flexible. We had a pretty large deck that had some issues that needed to be replaced and they were very upfront with the cost, they also got it done quickly; their price is really good, I expected it to be more expensive than it was but then it was very competitive, I get it to the Big Deal but because we had more space, we had some extra charge and it was not actually more expensive than I thought it was.

We left a message on an answering machine and the gentleman called back that same day. They had to postpone the date once due to rain, but appeared on the new day on time. They were very professional, and cleaned the dock beautifully, even tho it probably hadn't been cleaned in the past. They then applied a sealer coat to the wood, and during the first rain we could tell that it had been done well as the water beaded up immediately. They also cleaned all the railings around the dock. A job well done for sure

A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing scheduled an afternoon appointment for this afternoon. They arrived promptly with all required equipment and began working. They explained what they were going to do, the chemicals they used, and began work. They were efficient and we are pleased with the results. Additionally, I had then pressure wash the driveway at a very reasonable cost. I will use them in the future when needed.

The crew of 2 men was extremely punctual, surveyed the area and promptly began to work. They sprayed the screens inside and out and the framing for additional mold, pollen etc. The decking looks like new and the bull nose brick around the pool is spotless. They had the owner inspect before packing up the equipment. If the painting company that I had hired was not going to pressure wash the house, I would hire this company. Will hire in the future for annual pressure washing of home and pool deck.

The company made a schedule and showed up on the date specified, They were a little late due to a problem with a previous job, but called ahead to alert us of this. The did an outstanding job of cleaning our pool enclosure and deck. It looked new when they were finished. They were very thorough, professional, and worked hard to provide a great job. We will definitely be using their service in the future.

I called and got an immediate response and the job was done two days later. Patrick did an excellent job! I forgot to mention a walkway on the side of the house....when I told him about it he informed me he had already DONE IT and he did not charge for it. I am THRILLED that he did this and did the job well. I recommend him highly! Wish more people had his great work ethic!

Overall experience was extremely positive. Performed work without incident. House was noticeably cleaner when work was done. Also accommodated a request to clean a patio area which was not part of original scope of work. Price was reasonable would definitely recommend this individual ..

Did the lanai, too, but the back of the house to which the lanai is attached received very little attention. I was not pleased to have to go out and scrub down the areas he missed.

Very professional team. They were early which was ok as I was prepared for them. They spent the time to make sure everything was clean and cleaned up. I have had a couple different people here to do the pool and this was the first time I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone.

The job was super we were very pleased. I had purchased a whole house deal and added the pool cage and deck after they came. I have hired them to do our daughters home too. They are a good company to do business with.

When I first called him he had to call me back because he was busy. He asked me the size of the my deck but I wasn't sure. He is located in another county. The appointment was supposed to be today but he never called. I called the company and they said he was working on another job. Another job in my county(Pinellas) today fell through so that is why he didn't come. He should of called me when the appointment fell through. If the deck was larger he would charge me for that as well as for gas.

On 7/16/2013 ?A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing? company arrived at my home in Lutz on time. I had purchased a deal through ??Angie?s List? for house pressure washing. I was called by the company after the purchase and a date and time was set. At that time I asked about cleaning our driveway and sidewalk. A price was given and that was included in the service. The house had mildew in the north side. It now looks as if it was just painted. The driveway and side walk also look great. The personality of both men on the job was very refreshing. They took the time to explain what they hoped to accomplish and added suggestions in some areas of water stain on the house. I felt very comfortable with them working on my home. I will recommend their service to everyone.

He got here identified himself, explained what he was going to do. Started work right after that. He clean my house , pool deck and cage. He got the house completed and was starting the deck, before a Thunderstorm came. While it was raining he brought his equipment to the back of the house. He got ready to go as soon as the heavy rain stopped. He completed the job, it looks great. Anyone looking for a hard working guy I would rate Tampa Bay Pressure Washing..He was 10 in my book..

They were unbelievably nice, professional, and thorough. They did an excellent job on the pressure washing and also helped move the patio furniture and other odds and ends in and out. When I called they set me up almost immediately for an appointment to get the job done. They showed up right on time and got right to work. I asked the owner, Patrick, how much it would be to do my pool deck also and he looked at and gave me a fair price so also did the deck/patio. They moved the patio furniture out and back in and were very gracious about it. The screen and pool cage look like new and the deck is better than I imagined they could get it. The house also looks great even though there are a couple of spots (hand prints) that wouldn't wash off. I would definitely use them again and plan to have them do some additional work for me soon. This is the type and quality of company that makes Angie's list worthwhile. What a great job guys!
