The work is great. I was looking for an earlier date for the job and Patrick call me back to schedule in next day. The job was well done. Our patio and screen frame had a lot stains/mold because of the wet weather. After the job, it looks new. We added front drive way washing when they are at the job and it turned out very clean afterwards too. Very impressive job.

I couldn't have asked for more. He was professional, responsible and did a beautiful job. I would definitely use this service again.

We originally purchase an Angie's List Big Deal for the house pressure washing. We were contacted immediately to schedule an appointment and we told them we wanted to wait until mid-September to schedule the appointment as we has some other work we wanted completed first. Come mid-September they contacted us again just to check to see if we were ready to schedule the service. We were, but just hadn't got a chance to give them a call. When we scheduled the service, we asked for an estimate to also have the driveway and patio done. The price quoted on the phone was exactly what we paid. Actually we asked for just the patio, driveway, and a small sidewalk next to the house to be done, but after they were finished they had done all the sidewalk out along the street too. And as another added bonus, they even pressure washed dirt and green mildew off of the mailbox!

He came on time on the date we'd decided upon, and did a very good job. If I'd been home, I might have asked him to apply a second coat of sealer, because it was really dry and needed another coat later. But I absolutely got what I'd paid for, and I was very happy with it! I would definitely use him again (but don't expect to NEED him again for 10 years)!

It went very well. They did the job very well, professionally and politely.

The company had a noon to one appt. They called at 10 and said they could be here by 11 which worked out great. They did an awesome job cleaning everything. They were very professional and answered all my questions. The pool enclosure had never been cleaned since it was installed in 2007 when house was built. It now looks brand new! They used a rotary head om the lanai and patio which did an awesome job cleaning the concrete. I would recommend this company to anyone. Patrick, the owner, came with one worker and the two of them did a great job.

It worked out great. It was super perfect. The guy was quick and on time. It took them a lot less time to come here. I had other people come to do the job and charged more for it. So I was happy with the service. I have recommended them to other people.

They were very fast and they did a very nice job.

The pressure washer was very competent and when he accidentally sucked up the top of the scimmer, immediately brought it to my attention and resolved the problem on the spot by decreasing my bill by the price of a replacement. I then offered to take him up on the offer to do the front of my house. I was very satisfied by the work.

They were.prompt and courtesy. They explained exactly what would do. Anything they moved they put back. I was very impressed with the job. I would definitely use the company again

They did a great job. They arrived on time (actually early) and finished the job when they said they would. Everything is nice a clean now, no dirt or algae.

Will use again--Moved all patio furniture t get rid of worms and mold--put all furniture back in place---did exterior of Lanai cage--no one esle ever did that! They arrived ahead of the appointment time, got right to work, and finished about 3 hours later.

All of the aluminum posts and enclosure is still streaked and dull. It looked as though they never did anything to it.

Had a delay due to equipment malfunction (hose broke) but Patrick kept me informed all the way. Patrick and Steve showed up and did a through and professional job in a timely manner. I'll be happy to hire them again in the future.

They have the right equipment, experience, and know what they're doing. They are reliable, I had them do some extra work on top of the Big Deal. I intend to use them again in the future.

My structural beams holding the screens were so filthy I was worried that I would have to tear the whole thing down and replace it. They worked h****** cleaning them all and the porch floor. It almost looks good as new!

The owner phoned me very shortly after I purchased the service to set up an appointment. He arrived on time, told me it would take about 2 hours to complete the work, went right to work, and completed the job within the time promised. I am very happy with the job that was done. The house and pool deck look fantastic! I would highly recommend A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing (actually I already have, my neighbor commented on how great the house looked).

They did an excellent job. Very professional

Very clean enclosure, deck, and patio. But overspray got onto a radio that now doesn't work, and some windows we had to clean. I suppose should have put away the radio. Be aware that most of the muck from the enclosure and deck will go into the pool. I had to do an extensive cleaning of the pool and then disassemble the filter afterwards. So advice to customers: Don't schedule this the day before a pool party.

Patrick and Steve power washed my pool deck and screen. They called within a days time to schedule the appointment and came when they had promised. They did a GREAT! Job my screen had a lot of green on it and the pool pavers had black mildew. The pool looks great now and the screens look new. I would definitely use them again. What a great price!
