We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was excellent. I would definitely recommend them. They were very professional and polite. They did exactly what they came out to do. The quality of work was excellent.

I called Patrick and he answered the phone right away, we selected a date for the roof cleaning. I have barrel tile roof and he was careful as to not walk on it, I requested he cover the plants and he did that for an extra fee because he had to purchase the plastic covering and he gave me a fair quote. I also had the lanai cage washed, they washed it both inside and outside so it looks super clean! They worked several hours to make sure everything was cleaned and they did not leave any mess behind! I also had them paint the lanai floor since it washed and clean, he had to put two coats of pool deck paint because it was in such bad shape! He actually made another trip to Lowe's to buy more paint and wasn't going to charge me for it because he didn't expect he would need that much paint, but I wanted to be fair and paid for the extra paint because he and his worker were at my house for almost five hours painting it very meticulously! My Lanai looks brand new! Patrick was very punctual and courteous and did everything I asked him to, and without any shortcuts! He was very professional, honest, and fair and you can't find many people like that anymore! I will definitely refer him to friends and neighbors and use his services again! Very happy customer!

Excellent response. When I called, Patrick answered his phone right away. He was already doing a job in the area and when he finished that job, he immediately went to my home to pressure wash the driveway and sidewalk. He also pressure washed my front porch which I felt was an added bonus. He also gave me an estimate for the lanai and pool area (at my request).

I hired Tampa Bay Pressure Washing after purchasing their roof deal for $199 for 2,000 square feet of roof. The extra $50 is for the beyond 2,100 square feet of roof I have. I called them on Thursday, they came out on Monday. I did not have to be home, so I don't know what time they showed up. They were clean with no damage to the surrounding vegetation.

They did an excellent job and I would use them again.

Beautiful job. Pool cage was extremely dirty with green mold or mildew on the screening and dirt and growth on the walking surfaces. The first thing they did was to spray bleach on the entire cage spraying the screens from the outside in taking care to preserve the plants in the area. They followed up with high pressure water and used an extension to reach the apex of the cage to make sure all the surfaces were reached. I need to mention that they rearranged their schedule to accommodate a specific date that we needed. Both men were very pleasant and professional and answered all the questions we had. They were very careful with their equipment insuring they did not damage our plants or property. The end result was a sparkling pool cage area telling me that I should have done this earlier because the results were so good. I recommend this company and I will use them in the future.

It went very well. First, I purchased a coupon from Angie's list that was offered to power wash 1500 sq ft for $144.00. He, Patrick, owner, responded by email right away about possible dates. He arrived ahead of schedule which was fine. We discuss the areas to be covered, and then he and his partner began to move necessary furniture and clean our lanai. All screens are clean and the lanai never looked better. I would definitely recommend this company for their quality work and professionalism.

Patrick & his helper arrived when he said he would. They got to work & did a fantastic job!! No problems. Patrick is a polite & professional young man. We will always call him to do our pressure cleaning. Everything looks beautiful & clean. We are very pleased.

After our initial interview, he e-mailed me his thanks and I was so impressed with his good manners that I asked him to do the pressure washing job at my own home. He was right on time and did an excellent job. His price was reasonable and fair since mine was a solitary job. I highly recommend his work.

Service was excellent!! Was prompt, arrived at the time he said he would. Very professional, and courteous. Did a beautiful job, could not ask for any better. The cleaning went quickly. NOTE: The price above is for an Angies' List special. A *great* savings over the company's normal price. I said "pressure" washed for a reason. Rather than a pressure washer like I use on my driveway, they use something that looks more like a sprayer I use for my shrubbery. It's a gentle spray. As testimony to this, I could find no "sand" (that's probably not the technical term) that had been washed off my roof. Speaking of my shrubbery, I was concerned that the chemicals used would harm them. Not to worry. While one man was washing the roof, another was spraying the shrubbery with plain water. They also recommended that I turn on my lawn sprinklers for a while. It's now been more than a week, and my shrubbery is as healthy as ever. No damage. While they were cleaning the roof, their chemicals drained down the downspouts of my gutters. So, they even rinsed off the driveway. I talked with them over the phone to set up an appointment. As a test, I used Angies' List email to confirm the appointment. I got a prompt response to my email. Bottom line: Great job, great deal from Angies' List. Highly recommend. Oh. the guys looked like they enjoyed their work.

We just used them 2 weeks ago. They did a fantastic job. The guy was here by himself and was here for 2 hours and just did a great job pressure washing the outside of our home. This was the first time that we had used them and he did a better job than anyone we had used before. They were also reasonable priced, professional and we would definitely use them again.

It went great. My roof was so dirty that, at first, I thought that I needed to replace it. I saw an Angie's list special for 199.00 and hoped that they could at least make it look respectable. They did more than that, it now looks new.

Everything looks great. Purchased a big deal for the pool area so I cant complain about the price. The only negative thing was that they didn't move the patio furniture and outdoor rugs to pressure wash underneath. When I called to schedule the original appointment I specifically asked if they would move it because I am not able to and they said yes. So if you want the furniture moved make sure you tell them again when they arrive. They said usually people don't want them pressure washing near the house so you have to let them know. Other than this communication issue and some rescheduling due to weather and equipment issues we are happy with the results and will likely use them again.
