Purchased the big deal from Angie's list. Service was good. They were able to complete the cleaning while we were at work so we came home to a clean pool cage and pool deck. Leaves were blown into the pool that we had to remove ourselves but over all the cleaned areas look great

They scheduled promptly and showed up on time. They asked what needed to be done and did an excellent job.

Patrick showed up pretty close to scheduled time, certainly not late considering the type of work being done. Spoke with us before starting to get any special instructions or requests. House looks great! Car port roof looks brand new, nice and white. Area I could never do myself. Outside and inside of eaves and outside of gutters came out beautiful. Screened in room got a little wet, but not a problem, happens with the rain all the time. We should have cleaned it off though, our bad. Fence and lattice work done without asking and very much appreciated. Plants were rinsed off, no over powering smell of bleach left over. Very, very pleased with this job. I am picky and prefer to do this kind of work myself, but cannot always do the high areas so this was great. Would use again and recommend to all my neighbors. Thank you.

After finding Patrick's coupon on Angie's List, I reached out to him and he answered immediately. We talked about my home and other houses he had done in our neighborhood of Hunter's Green. In particular how fragile our tile roofs can be. He understood completely and said he is always extremely careful and he had indeed worked on some very bad roofs. We agreed that I would that I cover my own landscaping with plastic since that was not included and through my word of mouth, five of us ended up doing our houses within a couple of days of one another. He was able to schedule us about two weeks out and he communicated with me when he was at the house before and gave me a timeline of exactly when he would be at my home. He was right on time. He and his partner worked together to water down the plants and then he systematically cleaned the roof. And the outcome was amazing. We walked around the house to see if I had any concerns and for him to explain exactly what he had accomplished. The roof before, since this was a fairly new purchase for us, was pretty dirty. Now, it feels like a new house! I purposely waited until now to write a review so that I could make sure that I did end up dead landscaping everywhere as a result, which honestly was a real concern for me. I am happy to report everything lived! I will use him again for our roof and also to clean our lanai later this spring. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend him! Thank you!

I had some issues with mold that caused it to fall in the patio areas when it would rain. After they pressure washed the roof it cleared up the issue. I would use them again.

They were extremely responsive -- scheduled visit within 24 hours of request and were out the same week. They took great care to avoid harming any plants below the roof, and even worked around the Christmas lights we had up on the edge of the roof. Would definitely recommend them for future work.

This was the cleanest my pool cage has been in 5 years. We had another company pressure wash it last year and they must not have used the proper setting or technique. I will use this company again in the future.

It was easy to set up my appointment and they called to confirm. My enclosed pool cage and deck were filthy! These gentlemen came in and cleaned and now it looks almost brand new. They worked hard and cleaned up afterwards. They were very friendly and professional even though it was about 40 degrees outside and they were all wet! I will definitely use them again!

I was delighted that A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing arrived at the appointed time. They cleaned the pool cage screens and the river rock decking beautifully. The pool area had been very neglected and was very dirty and they were able to make it look great. There were leaves on the screen and the river rock was green with algae so it was no easy job. They were able to complete the job in less than two hours. I was very pleased!

Patrick and Steve did a fantastic job. I tried twice to reschedule the appointment because today was to be very cold, 40 degrees, and I didn't want them to have to work when it's so cold. But, bless their hearts, they were here at 9am on the nose, went straight to work, and not only are they wonderful and friendly guys, they know what they're doing. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal to have my pool deck and pool caging pressure washed. The pool caging was quite green and had not been thoroughly cleaned in a few years. When they were finished it was sparkling white. They asked me to inspect their work before they left to make sure I was satisfied. I was very happy with the quality of work they performed, and will use them again in the future.

We don't believe our 19-year-old pool enclosure was ever cleaned. We bought this house a year and a half ago, and decided it was time to have it done. they responded within the timeline given when we placed the order. they had another roof cleaning job in the neighborhood and cleaned ours on the same day they cleaned the other roof. they did a very good and quick job - done in about 3 hrs! we have a white barrel tile roof that had not been cleaned for 2-3 years and was jet-black in many areas due to mold and mildew. after they were finished, the roof was brilliant white. received many compliments on how bright the roof looked. exterior smelled a little "bleachey" for a few days afterwards due to no rain but we'll take that anytime to have a white roof. they took extra care for the plants and the plants all survived in good shape. price was good and we'd recommend "A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing" company to anyone!

Patrick is prompt, answers all phone calls, very nice gentleman. Any questions he answered and was helpful in getting my deck looking nice, clean and newer again. It was 10 years old and had never been cleaned before. He did a very nice job, pressure washed it and the next day, he came back and sprayed a sealant on it. I would use his services again. Patrick (owner) and his associate arrived right on time and immediately began work. He briefly explained what they were going to do and got to work. He finished right around when he said they would and even cleaned my child security fence around the pool at no extra cost. A few spots needed a little more attention on the enclosure and he fixed them up no questions asked. These guys were great! They actually arrived early for our appointment and went right to work. Our pool deck had 13 years of grime on it, but when they were done it sparkled like new! My only complaint was that they removed the hose from my hose storage box and it must have broke. I found it a few days later like that. Other than that I would absolutely recommend these guys.
