A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing

Anthony Patrick pressure washed entire pool cage and deck and made it look new again. We were very impresseded with his work and will recommend him to friends.

They did pretty good. They came on time and did a pretty good job. There was one small area they forgot and they asked me to come up there to take a look at the area before they left but I'm not gonna penalize them for that. They were very professional and very courteous. I really don't have any complaints. They were punctual and the quality of their work was good. Everything looked great.

Arrived late, missed a few spots on our porch where he did not go under furniture and cushions that were on the deck. Did a nice job on the screens and pool cage.

Contacted Angieslist to take advantage of the "Big Deal" which was "$149.00 for a "Thorough Cleaning of 1,500 Square Feet of Pool Enclosure". Plus in the small print stated: 1,500 square feet of patio/pool deck. Paid via AX and given an order number. Contacted Tampa Bay Pressure Washing, Patrick Anthony. Spoke to Mr. Anthony and we agreed upon date (April 14, 2014) and approximate time: mid day (his words) April 14th came and went and no Tampa Bay Pressure Washing. Not even a phone call. My day was wasted, no results achieved. Bad experience, would not trust this company.

The service was performed at my investment property in Sun City Center. The property was a foreclosure before I bought it and the concrete had not been cleaned in several years. He arrived at the scheduled time and cleaned both the driveway and the walkway. My parents say it looks great...and they are tough customers! In fact, the neighbors must have thought so too as one of them hired him on the spot to do her driveway while he was there! The HOA president even came down to talk to him about other jobs in Kingspoint. All I can say is good things. The fact that others that saw his work wanted to hire him should speak volumes.

Awesome cleaning! The concrete patio deck, screens, pool frame are pristine! I had asked if they could also clean my ceiling in the covered outdoor area and that I would pay extra for that and they did a marvelous job...looks new. I will recommend them to anyone who asks ( and neighbors have) and will definitely call them again.

Another more costly vendor tried to guilt trip me out of using Tampa Bay Pressure Washing and I am glad I didn't steer away. The job was wonderful. My house looks so clean. He even cleared the gutters in a few spots too. I will hire him again next year. Just be mindful of your window and door areas on the inside. I had to wipe up some water here and there that leaked through the seal.

Arrived on time, and stayed till he finished. Great attitude. Diligent. Absolutely the best pressure washing job we've ever had done. Very impressed! Young guy willing to do it right and please the customer. Our pool enclosure is pretty high at the top of the peak and he got it all clean. Really clean. No one has been able to do that well up high. He cleaned the outside of the enclosure as well and spent extra time on the pool deck. A rave review. Truly, we would recommend him without reservation. You can't go wrong with this company.

They were good and did everything they said they would. They did it promptly and were fine. I wound up having to have someone else come back and re-coat it. They put a coat on, which was the deal, but they should have told me it needed another coat. The pricing was fine.

I chose A Tampa Bay Pressure washing because of their reviews on Angie's list, and I am SO glad that I did. I responded to a Big Deal but needed some additional work - Patrick reached out immediately and negotiated a very fair price without seeing my 2 years of grime! Patrick and his assistant arrived when they said they would, and did a simply amazing job on my lanai. There were so many "extras" that he didn't nickel and dime me for, including lots of furniture, baby gate and a very large outdoor rug. I loved to see how the "boss" was the one doing most of the work! His assistant was looking hard for things to do at times, but there is nothing better than seeing a business owner take pride in his work and ensure that the job is done right. Enclosure was nice and sparkly after the work was completed but several screens were blown out and drywall on patio overhang was partially stripped.

They were professional, prompt and they did a good job. I am happy with them. The price I paid was fine. The regular price I thought would be outrageous and I would not pay their full price. I was very satisfied with the job they did.

Patrick was punctual and the work performed was great. Our pool cage and screens on cage have not looked this good in a very long time. Will definitely use him again next year.
