Amazing job! Our vinyl fence looks as good as new. Patrick is extremely courteous, professional, and work is superb. We will definitely use A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing again!

I have a large 2-story house and driveway. They arrived on time, and moved patio furniture away from the house before cleaning, and put it back when they were done. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

The pool deck was really grimy, and a different pressure washing company I called for an estimate originally didn't even want to attempt it. Tampa Pressure Washing did a very thorough job, and the result was excellent, for a better price than I was anticipating.

I'm hanging on to this business card for future use! The two men who came out were on time, courteous, friendly, and professional. They were here for the better part of three hours or more cleaning my screen enclosure, pool deck, driveway and walkways. It would have taken me an entire weekend or more to do the same amount of work. The difference before and after was like night and day. The value was exceptional. I will definitely be calling this company again when it's time to get things cleaned up.

Patrick and his helper showed up right on time. They did a great job. I'm very pleased with the way things look.

It went very well. They did a great job. Whatever I paid for it, that's what the cost of the service was. There weren't any charges added on. They were punctual. I was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive. They're very polite and professional. They actually did more than what they came out to do. They also pressurized my window which was not included in that service so I thought that was generous of them. In addition to that, since they were out I asked them how much they would charge to pressurized and clean my drive way. They went ahead and did that. I remember that. That was $250 and that was an acid treatment in addition to pressure washing my drive way so I had paid services that were done while they were there.

So, I got one of those letters from my HOA: Get the mildew off your roof, or else... After the positive reviews from this company, I purchased a deal through Angie's List (a great deal, might I add). That was Sunday evening. They contacted me Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning they showed up. And, WOW. 3 hours later my house looked completely different. I didn't get anything else power washed except the roof, but it made my house look like I had a fresh coat of paint and a brand new roof. What a HUGE difference. Patrick was great. I was worried a little about the shrubs and plant bedding around the house because of the chlorine, but Patrick walked across the top of the roof spraying and his co-worker constantly sprayed the plants. His work was efficient, cost effective, and highly productive. I've used Angie's List for 3 services and I've yet to have been disappointed.

It didn't "go" at all because we never were contacted by the company after calling them twice.

They were suppose to show up at 8 a.m., but surprisingly were a few minutes early! He walked around and discussed the job with my husband and got to work. They worked from 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with no breaks or stops. When they were done, he walked me around and explained what they had done. They raked the leaves into two giant piles (removal was not part of job, as discussed before they got started), there was a slight chlorine smell (as discussed before they got started), and no real surprises except their timeliness, speed, and professionalism. My husband could not be happier because this was his Father's Day present!

Patrick was able to arrive early on the day of service and was courteous and got right to work. He was able to finish the job in just under 4 hours and the house looked like it was just painted and the pool enclosure almost looked new. I will definitely hire him again, I wish all service providers were this good.

This was a special offer listed on Angie's List in the Tampa/Sarasota area. A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing had to travel from Tampa to Sarasota (approx. 1 hour) to complete the work. Travel time had to be expensive for them but they arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient and courteous. I would definitely recommend them for this service.

Very punctual and professional. They did my complete house and even part of the roof since the dirt from the house made it dirty after the pressure washed it. I would highly recommend them.

It was excellent. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 4 hours. The scheduling was by email and it worked out fine.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was decent. They did a good job, but it was quick. I expected a little more thoroughness than what was done, but all in all they did an adequate job. They had very good follow up and were proactive as far as contacting me for scheduling the appointment. It was very easy to coordinate the appointment once I decided to move forward with it.

Got right to work, cleaned everything in sight. Great attitude too.

When the worker arrived, we went all around my pool cage to insure there were no torn screens before he began. There were none. I then asked him if all of the dirt was going to discolor my pool and he replied it would not because of all of the chlorine they use. So at the end of 2 1/2 hours he called me out to check everything out as he stated he was done. The first thing I noticed was my pool was filthy. This was not from the mildew above on the cage, but rather it was from all the junk that was in the cracks between my pavers. He did not take any care to use the sprayer to push this stuff toward either of the screen doors out into the yard or deck drain that I have running along the length of the cage. When I asked him about that he stated I must have had a low spot that caused the water to run back into the pool. Well even if that is so, I am sure you can redirect the water considering how high-pressured this wand was. I have since had to vacuum the pool and clean out the filter 3 separate times in the last two days, not considering the extra chemicals needed to get it balanced again. Remember how I said we checked the screens before he started. Well now there is a torn screen, along the roof line, so not easily repaired. When I pointed that it, he first tried to say he didn't do it, because he "didn't see it move" when he was cleaning that area. When I pointed out that we checked the screens before he started and there was no hole, he then advised me that I can just go out and get some tape that looks like screen and patch it. Well that may look fine until the first strong wind comes through and then the whole panel comes loose. Since in this type of business torn screens are an occupational hazard, I inquired on if they had someone they work with that makes their repairs. He said that they did not have someone right now since the last guy did not work out. He stated he would give me his boss' card and I could call him to discuss. I called the owner, Patrick Anthony, immediately upon the worker leaving but received the voicemail at the office number. I explained my situation and asked for a call back. No return call. I then called the following day, on the cell phone listed on his card, but again received voicemail and another message left. Can you guess what happened next? Nothing! I guess the owner thinks he just ignore damage that his worker caused. So the moral of the story is, even Angie's List can't guarantee you are going to have a good experience. At what turned out to be $67/per hour of labor, which is not cheap by any means, the added work for me in the pool cleaning and now who knows how much the screen repair is going to cost, this certainly was not worth it. And by the way, the worker told me that their pressure washing machine was so powerful that it put out 5 gallons of water per minute!!! I really wonder how high my water bill is going to be this month!

You can cancel my Angies list membership. This is a waste of time.

Arrived two hours late. Missed a few areas that still need cleaning.

On time, very friendly and went the extra mile to clean ceiling area with broom which was too delicate to spray.

It went well. We have no complaints about them. We added onto the price of the big deal because we had some extra areas that needed to be done besides the house. This was the first time that we used them but I was not home on the day that they did the work. They were perfectly adequate. They did not do anything especially outstanding but they did exactly what they said that they were going to do. They also contacted us to set up the date after we bought the big deal.
