The proprietor promptly responded to my voice mail messages for service for the last two visits. He provided a general estimate by phone and then confirmed same upon arrival. He and a partner came together the first time for the larger project and then the proprietor came by himself for the last project. They were prompt, effective, and polite. They assessed the composition of my deck, suggested a probable schedule for professional cleaning and ways that we could minimize the dirt/mold build up between visits. I heartily recommend this company and have already begun to think about a date for their next service!

After researching Angie's list for a pressure washing company, I contacted A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing to get a quote to pressure wash our house, driveway, patio and pool cage. Patrick was not available, but I was told he would call me back on 10/13 or 10/14 to give me the quote. He called back as expected and gave me a price over the phone which included a very nice discount coupon available to Angie's List members for the pool enclosure. We set up the date of 10/21/14 at 9:00 a.m. for the work to be done. Our house, driveway and patio had not been pressure washed in over a year, so it was in pretty bad shape from mildew, moss, water spots, pet hair, etc. Patrick and another employee arrived around 8:50 on the 21st and we walked the property so I could show him the "trouble" spots and what services I needed. He saw that I had left open the garage window, so he made sure I closed it before starting to clean. I had to leave for a class and told him I would be back at 11:30 and would inspect the work and pay him then. He said he would finish about that time, so it would work out fine. When I got back, he was just finishing loading his truck. I inspected his work and noticed how clean our decorative curbing looked and he said they cleaned it at no extra cost!! I was very pleased with the services and the final cost was exactly as quoted over the phone. I will definitely use them again.

Arrived on time and did a great job. I have an older, larger driveway that hadn't been cleaned in years. I figured there would be lots of stains they wouldn't be able to remove (Old oil stains, etc from over the years) but I was wrong. Very impressed. The driveway and roof eves look much better than I anticipated. Thanks guys. Will definitely use you again in the future.

Very well. The surfaces were very clean and looked very nice. He cleaned off all the surfaces such as the walls, garage door, etc... which could have had dirt splashed onto them. He even washed the edging bricks along the entrance on the landscaping. Was very satisfied. would recommend. Tim Miller

Unfortunately, I had to change plans at the last minute.

The guys from A Tampa Bay Pressure Washing showed up exactly on time and went straight to work. They took care of moving all furniture out of the way and proceeded to do a great job washing the pool deck and pool cage. They made sure to clear all the debris from the pool before leaving and did a great job overall!

It went fine. There was no problem. I did not pay any extras than what the deal was. They scheduled the work and did it. The provider did their job very well and I was happy with them. They showed up on time. Their price was reasonable.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was fine. My understanding was that they did a really nice job, very courteous, efficient. I don't recall having any issue with the price. I don't live in that area anymore but I would use them again if I did.

They did a wonderful job. They showed up as scheduled and brought a "showroom shine" to my outdoor living space. The lanai looks amazing. No more mold and mildew stains, and we can actually see through the screens. I would recommend them for anyone needing pressure washing.

Guys - trust me... Leave your pressure washer in the garage, especially if you have an electric one like mine. Patrick will literally do the job in a fraction of the time for a cost you won't even remember 2 weeks from now. Plus, it will look (and smell) fantastic. We have used him twice now and he is incredible and a really nice guy. He will save you a Saturday or maybe a weekend. He is serious about his business and has invested in all the commercial equipment to do the work quickly and efficiently. His trailer with long range hoses is amazing. The buffer he uses to really clean the driveway reminds me of my Army days. Go with him and then kick back and enjoy your weekend.
