Matt is very personable and easy to work with. He had a detailed work schedule for his employees to follow. All employees are congenial and knowledgeable in their skills. All work was completed on schedule and within budget.

Matt and his team were fabulous to work with. They made a daunting job a pleasant experience. Matt was very prompt, courteous and professional. He early on made recommendations for cabinet makers and tile installers. Matt also gave me a timeline that was adhered to and often came by each day work was done to insure everything was up to standard and on track. His team were very conscious of cleaning up immediately after working and I was impressed to the attention to detail that was given. I would highly recommend Matthew Ray Homes for your general contractor needs.

After reading reviews on Angie's list, we decided to use Matthew Ray for our home remodel- which included our floors and kitchen. They were extremely accommodating, given we lived in the house during the construction, and attentive to every little detail- even those we didn't point out. Jim, with Artisan Cabinetry, is a genuinely amazing man. He came out after installation and is continuing to work on getting our kitchen just perfect. The gentlemen Matt chose as his crew were all so kind and professional the entire time. I cannot say enough about his tile man, Michael!!! Love love love Michael. Thanks to Matt Ray, our home looks like it belongs in a magazine or Pinterest Board. We are customers for life and couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out.

Everything went amazing. We actually started a bit earlier but everything was lined up and we were kept completely in the loop. We even went on vacation during the renovation and there were no problems at all. We completely gutted the kitchen and removed all of the existing tile in the house. It was quite extensive but we couldn't be any happier with the results. We will definitely use them again for any future updates we want to do to the house.

Matthew Ray Homes, Inc. wrapped on our shower remodel a couple of weeks ago and I have nothing but good things to say. While he's quite busy at the moment, it is worth the wait (if you have to) to get on his schedule. Extremely informative, communicative and responsive, he kept me in the loop every step of the way and gave me numerous tips on how best to handle various parts of the project for aesthetics or budget-friendly outcomes without cutting any corners. I had 4 different contractors come out and review the original, nasty shower to get a feel for who I wanted to work with. The first was someone recommended to me via Hammond, and while he was friendly enough, he wasn't a fit for me. Matthew was immediately in contact via text and email which was a great fit for me. This way I could go back and check to see what time he said he or his team would be by and make myself available for any questions etc. as the project progressed. While he's got a lot on his plate at the moment, once you get on his schedule your project is his priority. Every day as the project was in progress I knew exactly who was coming to the home, what time they'd be here and what they'd be working on and how long they'd take. He always came by to check on the work done by his people to make sure things were done right, tidy and looked good. I'm certain my project wouldn't have turned out nearly as well with any other contractor. I'm a business owner myself and I truly appreciate his respect for my time and the oversight he provided for the project from start to finish. There were also no surprises as far as cost. The project came in right on budget. He'll be my first choice when it comes time to rework our kitchen.

Excellent company. Initial contact was within 2 days of my message. All emails replied to the same day. Workers were prompt, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Matt was on site several times to make sure things were progressing well. Highly recommended!

We have nothing but positive things to say about Matt and his crew. They were all very professional and did excellent work. Matt's price was very reasonable. We will always look to Matt for our home improvement needs in the future.

Matt and his people did a great job. Bathrooms turned out better than we hoped. They did very professional work and had several good ideas to improve the design as the work progressed. We were kept informed along the way. They were very conscientious and cleaned up each day and at the completion of the job.

Matt and his crew did an amazing job in the renovation of my bathroom, the renovation included the following, Rip out vanity, mirrors, Toilet, medicine chest, shower enclosure, all floor and shower tiles. After every phase of tear down the job site was left clean and all debris removed. Floors leading to the bathroom were all covered with drop cloths. Matt recommended a cabinet supplier and Granite source. Matt co-ordinated all his subcontractors and they all showed when required. The installation included; Convert a single sink to a dual sink, reroute plumbing from front wall to rear wall for easy access(by shower door) Install Double sink wood vanity, center cabinet and mirrors on each side, cabinet over new energy efficient toilet,new light fixtures and exhaust fan. Relocate new medicine cabinet(recessed), new floor & shower tile throughout entire room including tile floor moulding Granite countertops & backsplash. Replace and widen entry door to bathroom, modify existing linen closet opening. Frameless glass shower enclosure installed on top of new Granite ledges. All new shower fixtures including a hand held shower and grab bar. Painting throughout entire room. Any detail no matter how small was handled by either Matt or one of his subs expeditiously and problem resolved. I would recommend Matt for all your renovation needs.

Great, Awesome. They were very professional and clean. They remained consistent with their original estimate and did their very best to hit their time goal of eight weeks, which they did.

Tony worked as the general contractor for our recent remodel. We cannot say enough good things about this man and his crew. He went over and above all expectations in regards to service and quality of workmanship. He was conscientious and reliable, dependable and friendly. We would definitely hire him again and again, if only our finances could keep up with our dreams!!!

I am thrilled at the end result of the work Tony Ray Homes in renovating our master bath. Except for reviews on Angie?s List I had no prior experience with contractors. The initial estimate was reasonable for the work needed. I decided to go with TR Homes because of cost and how Matt listened and responded to all my questions concerning a bathroom renovation. Matt was easy to talk to, courteous and professional. I was also impressed with the crew that did their job quickly and cleaned up at the end of every work day. I appreciated that Matt responded to numerous email and phone calls as I had questions concerning materials and fixtures. He walked me thru the whole process. The new shower is beautiful and turned out better than I ever thought it would.

From the day we met Tony for an estimate, to the last day on our Kitchen and Office complete remodel, he and team communicated with us constantly, kept us aware of progress, what to expect, and of any issues that came up during the job. Tony committed to start the job on January 26th and he delivered as promised in every aspect of this project. His entire team was always prompt, professional, customer focused, courteous, cleaned up completely each and every day. This project was completed on time and Tony and his team made every effort to give us what we wanted with every request that we made during the project. Tony provided guidance with each aspect of our project and advised us along the way with any change request. We never heard 'no' or 'that is unreasonable' and he did provide us with perspective on how and what we were asking within the job specs. We could not be any happier with the completed kitchen and office space that Tony provided and will engage him for the complete remodel of our master bath without any reservation. I can't say enough about how good of a job Tony Ray Homes did. During the initial estimate Matt listened to exactly what I wanted, gave ideas and included prices that we may want wiggle room with. He dealt with my many mind changes and did it with a smile. The kitchen process was quick, especially with his granite lady Lisa. Who come to find out is an interior designer. She gave us ideas we would have never thought of on our own. The granite is great quality, and we were able to pick everything we wanted even if not through his recommendations. The install was quick and clean, the workers were polite, and Mat and Lisa held our hand through all of it. We highly recommend Tony Ray Homes, and will be using them in the future for all our home renovations.

We found Tony Ray Construction on Angie?s List. We entered into a contract with Tony and his son Matt Ray 10/03/2014 to enclose our screened porch to expand to a 4th bedroom and a walk thru pantry to the back yard. They were professional, Everything they explained to us, when giving us their bid, was translated to a contract in plain English with no surprises. It was a pleasure to work with Matt Ray and his crew. They were polite and made sure that the construction process was as easy on us as possible. As the construction process progressed, we felt so comfortable with Matt?s crew, that we enjoyed having them around. The rooms are complete and meet our expectations. They look as if they are original to the home. We have more remodeling planned for the future and we will be calling Matt Ray again.

Very well. Matt was very professional. Work was done on time and at estimated cost. He made himself available for all questions and has followed up with us to ensure we were happy with the project. His team was professional, neat, and on time. Cleaned up everyday before they left for the evening. We were very happy with our choice.

Tony's son Matt was the foreman of the job. Very professional. Very accessible. Responded to questions any hour of the day. The new tub and tile job was outstanding. Looks great. They earned their A grade as far as I'm concerned. They were pretty good at cleanup too. Left everything very tidy during the construction.

It went well with a few issues of communication nature. Workmen were professional and courteous.

Excellent. A large 2' x 2' x 2' nook was in our bathroom designed for those old CRT TVs. It took a lot of space out of the adjoining closet. They removed the big box out of the closet, sealed up the bathroom nook and recessed the power and cable so a new LED TV could be used. They did all the work in one day requiring the coordination of the framer/dry waller, taper and electrician. Great job!!

Tony provided us a quote and said that he would be able to start a week or two later. We had an awkward sized bathroom, but Tony was able to come up with a solution that allowed us to get a 60 in tub instead of a 48? like we had before. We were very happy with the quality of the work that was done. Since the project start date was a pretty quick turnaround, we felt rushed to select the tile and pick out some of the other specific aspects. It would have been nice to have had a list of all items, the sizes we needed, and a need date from the start. But in the end it all worked out.

I found Tony on Angie's List. We were planning to convert our screen porch into a sun room, and asked Tony for an estimate, for all work including energy efficient windows, electrical, tile floors, drywall, painting, and some concrete work (steps and a patio slab). Tony spent some time with us to understand what our ideas were and provided a prompt estimate. He worked his schedule to agree with ours, and started work when he said he would. His crew is professional and careful. The room is complete now and is exactly what we wanted; and only a few items of cleanup remain. Contact and coordination was excellent throughout the construction process. I wish that I had found him before adding a garage a few years ago. I highly recommend Tony Ray Homes for any construction or remodeling work, large or small.

All of Tony's workforce and sub-contractors were very professional and friendly and did their work in a timely manner. Tony was also very helpful in recommending certain suppliers which helped me save money well below what a "big-box" store would have charged for similar work - particularly the labor portion, which was what prompted me to search for a lower-cost alternative in the first place. Scheduling was prompt and expertly done in relation to availability and delivery of the various components. Having lived in our home for 20+ years with problems in the master bath such as a window that deteriorated functionally, vinyl flooring that peeled away from shower curb, peeling wallpaper, header over the shower stall and no exhaust fan, deteriorated grout and a slight mold problem, vanity with no drawers and a laminate top, decided to replace the window with glass block, remove header over shower and install an exhaust fan, remove wallpaper and then paint, vinyl flooring replaced with tile, new vanity with soft-close drawers and doors and a granite top, new elongated "comfort height" toilet, new mirrors and lights, and new top-hung sliding glass shower door. I am very pleased with the results and enthusiastically recommend Tony Ray Homes, Inc. for your projects, and I will personally be using Tony on my next projects.

I was very happy with the professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness of this provider. They went out of their way to provide exactly what I wanted and worked within my schedule as needed. They were more than willing to do some small items such as hang towel bars, shelves etc. The additional sub-contractors that worked to complete the job were equally good (such as Lisa Veta, Artisan Cabinetry and Stone for the granite selection and installation) and all made sure I was happy with the work. I would recommend this contractor to anyone and have done so.

We purchased a new home in the first week of July. Prior to the purchase we met with Tony to discuss plans for the renovations we were hoping to do. We have used Tony and his workers three other time in the past. Each time we were more than pleased. Tony met us at the house and we discussed options for the renovations. Within a couple of days, Tony had quotes for the work that would need to be done. Tony's prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider his excellent reputation for the quality of the work done. Once the house was ours his guys came in and got to work. As this work was going on, we were able to move into the upstairs. The only time we were unable to stay at the house was during the removal of the popcorn ceilings. A very very messy job! Yet once it was done, the workers cleaned the house to the extent you would not know the work was done. Believe me when I tell you that was amazing. We then left on vacation for a few weeks and left the house to Tony. As I said, I have had Tony and his crew in my homes for numerous jobs. Its the same people every time. It feels good to have a level of trust developed from longevity and and experience. When we came back from vacation a lot of work had been done and we were able to begin moving things into the downstairs. Now this next part to me explains why Tony and his crew are so exceptional. As my sons and were bringing things to the house in a Uhaul, we had just completed the last run, as I was driving down a local road, I was next to Steve, one of Tony's guys. We waived and continued driving. 5 minutes later my cell phone rang and it was Steve who asked if I need help loading or unloading the truck. WOW! All of Tony work is excellent, he stresses customer service and customer satisfaction. I would never want to use anyone else. I cannot tell you enough how hard they worked to make us happy. Tony, Matt, Steve, and Adam as well as all the others that participated on this renovation all our family can say is THANK YOU!
