He was accommodating for my traveling. He was really good. I think his price was wonderful.

Went with a contractor closer to my location (north Merritt Island). Although Tony would have done the work, it is a bit far from his home base.

I had a water line break in a second story bathroom. A bath and bedroom on the second floor and almost every room on the lower floor flooded. A company called Armstrong Cleaning & Restoration dried the place out and demo'd the damaged floors and walls. They did an excellent job - see separate report on them. After getting numerous quotes to repair the damage I selected Tony Ray Homes to put my house back together. I picked Tony because his quote was competitive, he was very knowledgable and professional, there were also numerous positive reports from Angies List members. I can't say enough good things about Tony and his team. They showed up on time and kept to the schedule. They kept me informed of any changes to the plan and they cleaned up every day. They did excellent, quality work. I liked the final result so much I had Tony paint my exterior and do a couple other small projects around the house. I highly recommend Tony Ray Homes and will use them again.

The work was performed very professionally and punctually. They placed drop clothes on their path through the house and checked with us periodically on placement of items (soap dish, accent trim, etc.) The price never changed from what he estimated, even with the added work of rebuilding the shower framing. They were friendly but unobtrusive. We're thrilled with the results!

Tony Ray and company are very nice and professional. This was a smaller job so it was not a high priority so it took a few weeks to get complete. Had some issues with fabricator. I would use Tony Ray or his son again, will request a different fabricator for counter tops. .

We got them off of Angie’s List. My experience with this company was very good. We’re actually going to hire them to do the inside. We had no problem with them. They were here when they said they were going to be here and got everything done when they said it was going to be done. They did a couple of different improvements to the outside where we were having some water problem with the wood and stuff. They just fixed everything and they were very good.

From initial visit to finish, the communication and work were professional, prompt, on-schedule, and on-price. The end result showed great attention to detail. During the job, it was not a burden to have the workers around. They were very clean. Most work was done by Tony's son Mat. We were very pleased with the whole process.

Tony began work on time and finished exactly on budget. His team goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. They show up on time and keep the work place immaculate. They kept us informed as the work progressed giving us options along the way to improve the project. This was no simple upstairs addition. They had to redo the footers and beam structure to hold our increased "walk-out hot tub area". They also had to contend with "fall" weather making sure their construction did not cause other issues. We would use Tony and his crew again for any project from small to a whole house build...they are a cut above!!!!!

Great work and fast. took about a week. that included delays in getting the tile and drying time for the mud and grout... Tony and his staff and subcontractors all did their jobs in an exemplary manner. They were punctual, obviously well skilled, and went out of their way to communicate what was going on. They were especially conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day, to the point where all our neighbors commented favorably. Tony was also extremely accomodating whenever I came up with modications or additions to the plan. We plan to do additional remodeling in the future and will definitely call on Tony Ray when we do.

Tony and his son "Matt", have always been on time. Tony, gives estimates of financial obligation and time frame. Both of these have been extremely accurate. (Believe this is a rare occurrence with most builders). Highly recommend, and I plan to use them again. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional father/son team !

He had a perfect time table and stuck to it. The quality of work was exceptional. He was very punctual and professional. Last but not least his price was very, very good! I have already referred him to 3 other people who are all very happy as well.

I was so pleased with the job that Tony did in my home. His crew was prompt, and very neat...they even washed the new floor before they left. I have hired him again to replace the tile in my other 2 bathrooms. I would highly recommend his firm for all my remodling needs.

The only issue I had was his work was so good I had him come back to give me an estimate for some other jobs, he brought his crew out, measured and he told me he would get back to me with an estimate. After a week I called him and he said I would have it in 48 hours. That was two weeks ago. I still would strongly recommend him.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Matt Ray communicated with me during the work to explain what was being done and what problems he found and what solutions he used. I am an absentee owner of the property and I was more than comfortable giving Matt the key to the home. On completion of the job I met with Matt at the property, inspected the work done and happily signed a check for the job. I will absolutely use this contractor for any future work at my home in Brevard.

This job was started about a week before Thanksgiving and wrapped up on Dec. 10th. It went a little longer than expected, but most remodels probably do due to unexpected delays and tweaking of ideas as you go along. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the results. Tony and his son Matt are very professional, friendly, conscientious, and hard-working. They were at my house promptly at 8:00 every morning and did not leave until after 4:00. They kept my house as clean as it could possibly be under the circumstances, and I felt completely comfortable leaving them to work in my house when no one was home. In addition to the work they did personally, each subcontractor that they brought in was also very thorough, tidy, and professional. I also appreciated their honesty in giving me opinions on how to proceed as we went along. They took my ideas and made them a reality. I would highly recommend this company for your remodeling projects.

Excellent! He did a great job, was very nice to work with, responsive to phone calls. Has given us the names of really good contractors to work with for electrical, dry wall, tile and finish work. He is very clean spending a lot of time ensuring the dust and mess didn't go to other places in our house. Work crew was very professional. Would highly recommend him for all types of home repairs.

I ended up choosing a different provider, but I wish I had gone with Tony Ray.

A+; I'm a teacher so I have a tendancy to grade everything. The experience was seemless. As with any older house there are going to be unexpected events and this did occur but was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. It started with a complete tearout of my old bathroom down to the studs and through the floor to get at the old/leaking plumbing. I expected a huge mess with dust etc. but the crew managed this by taping the area off and the inconvenience was minimal. They handled all debri removal. I purchased a jacuzzi tub, picked out the wall and floor tile, picked out the cabinets, paint, sink, fixtures and all and then sat back and enjoyed the process.

Tony Ray contacted me within 24 hrs of my inquiry on Angie's List. He then came out to my home 2 days later and gave me an estimate for the job. After I made my selection, he had his crew come out, they professionally completed the job in three days. My house looks great. I would highly recommend Tony Ray for any painting and/or home remodeling project you might have. He and his son, and crew were professional, friendly, courteous, punctual, and detailed oriented. Five Stars!!! A+

Great! was able to start right away due to another job postponement; Showed up right on time, every day, ready to work, quick set-up/prep for work. Was only delayed due to tile and shower door delivery due to short notice for job, and only 2 day delay. Job was complete in 8 days, if I had been able to order the tile during the week instead of the weekend, job would have taken about 5 days. Outstanding turn around. Will definitely keep Tony Ray in mind for next project.

1) The quality of the resulting work was fantastic, especially when considering that every aspect of this job demanded customization; no commercially available items fit the requirements. The new storage closet blends beautifully with the previous closet doors and its base is presently accommodating a very large load of books and other heavy items without a hitch. The latches on the door work flawlessly. 2) The quality of the resulting work was also excellent and as above, everything required customization. The pantly closet now houses our newly purchased freezer with very easy access to its drawers. The top side storage shelves are now larger and much more user friendly than before. The closet door design is beautiful, with a two top-door arrangement for the closet shelves and a single bottom door for accessing the freezer. Furthermore, the doors blends beatifully with all the other elements in the kitchen. Additional Comments: Both jobs started and finished as scheduled. Surrounding areas were protected during the whole process from the unavoidable dust, and at the end each day everything had been thoroughly cleaned. Courtesy and responsiveness were always the norm in this and other (smaller and larger) jobs done for me in the past by Tony Ray. I highly recommend this company for any type of work required for home remodeling and/or repairing.

Tony Ray is an outstanding general contractor with very reliable, capable, knowledgeable, punctual workers. Tony pays attention to the smallest details following up as required. The demolition was completed while we were on a cruise and upon return the home was cleaner than when we left. The quality of the work done and the finished product was outstanding. We would not hesitate again to have him do another project.

Went perfectly. They graded the area, framed it for the concrete, contacted the concrete company and spread the concrete evenly. They smoothed out the top and when the concrete set the following day, removed the forms and cleaned up the area. Perfect job!
