Description of Work: After eIting two weeks to get a consult we finally got an spot set for tomorrow 1/21/15. Only to receive a call from Tony himself the night before the spot telling me that while he was planning is day tommorow he noticed that my address was 10 miles outside their work area. I asked him what did he mean as his website says they service Merritt Island Fl He then told me that because they have been so busy they recently reduced their area of work! Extremely upset that I wasn't told that when I made the appt. a week ago! Waste of my time! I happy that your business is doing so well but if your lack of responsiveness is reflective of your customer service you won't be busy for long! |

Description of Work: Well he was responsive at first called back came out when he said he would, for 2 additions, said he would get back to me with a price within 2 weeks, I called him left a message not to quote the one addition because the city set backs would not work, to this day I have still not heard from him. I needed these quotes to decide if I should leave my current home or purchase another I chose to purchase another that needs a lot of work, on the water in the community where I live, so Tony just lost out on a big contract.

Description of Work: Tony gave us a bid on a remodel for a beachside condo. Although in the end, we did not use his company, we were very impressed with his professional demeanor and the ideas he presented. Would definitely consider using him for other projects at a later date.

Description of Work: we contacted Tony to do some fairly extensive remodeling of our home both internal and a new addition. He seemed very enthusiastic when he showed up, indicated he would have a quote to us in two weeks and I said time was not that critical and he could take a month; he then disappeared. I finally had to contact him at which time he informed us he wasn't interested in quoting the job as he was busy. as I wanted to have at least two quotes for the job I get to restart the process with someone new and have lost a month, it's also a little unfair to the other contractor that did provide a quote. sadly I did not get an opportunity to actually judge how his Team works.

Description of Work: We had a pretty good experience with Tony Ray & his son Matt. The only reason that I gave them a B was their association with Heller Cabinetry. If Tony wants to have them do your cabinets, tell him to find someone else. But Tony and Matt were fantastic! They went out of their way to ensure everything was done well and came back several times to ensure everything was right. We even turned to Tony when a storm caused some damage at the house just before they began work on our remodel. We are looking at doing some more work on the house and we will definitely have Tony Ray in the running to do it.

Description of Work: Tony bid on a room in my garage. Although I decided to take an alternate route, Tony's price was good, he was very responsive and professional. He had some great suggestions and advice. Thanks Tony Ray!

Description of Work: Complete removal of master bathroom shower enclosure, and complete replacement with tile and glass. Also, removed both toilets in house and replaced them as well.

Description of Work: I used Tony Ray Homes to paint the exterior of my home.

Description of Work: Tony and his crew took down two walls to make one large, open, room out of our living room and Florida room. This job consisted of removing electrical outlets and wires from the walls to the attic, cutting ceramic tiles to even them up for new carpet, removing four other damaged tiles and replacing with new tiles (in an adjoining dining room), scraping popcorn off living room and dining room ceilings, and filling in missing sheetrock from where there was none after walls were removed. They did an amazing job with the sheetrock mud, feathering it to blend in with the existing ceilings. They did knock down texturized on the ceilings, also feathering them together so that there is no obvious line. Then they textured the walls in the living room to match the walls that were already textured in the Florida room. They also did knock down ceilings and textured the walls in the dining room .

Description of Work: Tony Ray Homes built a 1000 sq. ft. detached garage which includes an open porch extension. All facets of construction were handled by Tony Ray and his staff: plans, permits, concrete, garage door and windows, electrical, lighting and ceiling fan installation, roofing, stucco, hurricane shutters. We also removed a bedroom window that opened to the new porch area with French doors. Tony installed these as well.

Description of Work: Tony Ray Homes remodeled my kitchen when I purchased my house. They refaced all the cabinets in the kitchen and replaced the countertops along with installing a new stove, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave and installing a larger sink. His team also removed the carpet in the bedrooms and replaced it with laminate flooring.
