Rosanna is extremely professional. I contacted her via Angie's List, and she just took everything from there. By the time we met she had comparable pricing and really did her homework, she had answers for all my questions already researched before I knew I was going to ask them too. She knows the business, the area, and she is making everything incredibly easy. She's very responsive and quite reasonable in price, and she's cheerful and friendly too! I would definitely recommend her.

Rosanna has been absolutely amazing. She doesn't rent homes but gave us information on people who do and emails us new homes up for purchase weekly. We will be renting first and then purchasing later. Rosanna is professional, courteous and is quick to respond to any questions you have. Rosanna is AMAZING! She is diligent, hardworking, attentive and patient. Rosanna was tireless in her search to find me the right home. I was moving to Orlando from California and was only able to visit twice to look at houses. She was prepared with an excellent list of properties during my first visit. She payed attention to my comments, likes, dislikes and needs and continued to modify the list as we went. During my second visit she continued to search for listings while we were between houses or after we were done for the day. I am confident that she showed me every relevant property available during that time period. She never pushed me toward anything and was always amenable to crossing a property off the list or changing the plan for the day if I desired. It was clear that she cared and was really trying to find me the right house - not just any house that would bring her commission. I initially chose a house I changed my mind on and she was completely professional and helpful when it came to backing out. Instead I decided on a house (that I am currently living in) that was listed at a price outside my range despite being valued at a much lower price. She helped me negotiate with the sellers to get the asking price down to a more reasonable number. Because I was still in California during the bulk of the process she attended each of the inspections on my behalf. She also dealt with the seller who was very rude and inappropriate on multiple occasions. She was always professional and friendly, handling him perfectly. We ultimately ran into a number of hurdles and obstacles that easily could have ended the entire process. But she knew what to do in each instance and got me through it all. I am convinced that if I had had any other real estate agent I would not have gotten the house I have. And it is perfect. I could not ask for a more professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, hardworking agent.

Rosanna was by far the best Realtor I have worked with. I have worked in the past with other Realtors but by far Rosanna is number one! She is very professional, friendly, courteous and most importantly, honest. I am truly happy to have had the opportunity to work with an agent that is knowledgeable and really takes time to listen and get to know you personally and provide an excellent service with respect and conscience. Time was an important element and she respected my time and responded efficiently and quickly to my questions and/or concerns.
