Not completed. So far he has done a very good job. His plastering skills are superb. He's very precise and painstaking. My kitchen is small and Larry has done an exceptionally good job. He's punctual and communicates well. The original completion date was Oct. 15th, however, there have problems with the cabinet supplier.
Description of Work: Removed a wall, moved some electrical, removed old cabinets, built and installed new cabinets. Plastered and repaired where wall was, built new wall for added cabinets.

Zack and his crew fixed up my sister's small older house for sale. She had just gotten a job in a town an hour's drive away, and needed to move out and sell quickly. We had only two weeks to get her moved, the house cleaned, and repairs contracted. The work scope started out with only the bathroom: patch a large hole in the ceiling that resulted from a leaky roof, replace the vanity, add new ceramic tile around the tub, and repaint. When the estimate came in very reasonable, we started adding more and more work scope. Living room: remove an old wall furnace, put up new dry wall, patch and repair concrete walls, tear up old carpeting and tack strips, add baseboards, texture and repaint. Laundry room: clean paint splatter off wood ceiling, replace baseboards, repaint. Bedrooms: tear up old carpeting and tack strips, patch walls, and repaint. Kitchen: jack up base cabinets, repair ceramic tile, repaint refrigerator with appliance paint. Outside: paint porch and exterior doors and install new lock on back door. We provided the paint, tile, vanity and a few other supplies. When they got through, the house looked wonderful and fit the and quot;doll's houseand quot; description. Even in this down real estate market and with floors needing to be replaced, the house sold within 3 weeks of listing with a bidders' war going on, and at a much higher price than we expected. What really impressed me was that although Zack could tell that we were rushed, his estimates were very reasonable and his work outstanding. I highly recommend him and his company.
