Air condition service call technician showed up on site looked at the outside unit and the air handler, told my wife the Unit was low on Freon and would not hold Freon but he would be willing to put 5 gallons of Freon in at $200 a gallon we elected to not do that. We were told they would get back to us with prices on the new system. One week later we’re still waiting on prices for a new unit. I called the office they told me that my Air handler and outside unit are two different sizes and they were going to have to send somebody out to confirm that but yet no phone call to let me know this. Sounds kind of funny to me two other companies that I had come out never said anything about that. I think they’re a scam collecting my $119 and did absolutely nothing except leave the Freon cap off after he checked the system and told my wife it wouldn’t hold Freon.

He was much lower then other people. They are very busy in the area. He is not done yet but so far good.

This company doesn't advertise and I just put a random zip code since I don't know theirs. I got their number from a friend who had recommended them and I am SO glad I did. They came out and told us that they don't charge us unless they can fix the problem. Our problem happened to be that the fan wasn't working. It also happened that they had a used fan that they could replace it with and they replaced it with the used one and charged us $60. Two other companies in town had told us that we needed to replace the unit. Tim and his brother own the company. Tim is the one who came out. He said that it's very very common for the big companies to try and just sell you a unit instead of fixing it. Not only that, the two companies had quoted us over $400 for just the cost of replacing the fan if we were to do that.
