 + -1 moreI have a 5-year-old unit that I've had multiple problems with. The installer refused to come to fix it (since I was still under warranty and he wouldn't get paid much...and he "didn't want to travel that far" to my house to fix it). So we were without a/c for 3 days while he jerked us around. Michael from Carpenters Cooling rearranged his schedule to get us in sooner. He was prompt, reliable, honest, knowledgable, and fixed it right away - using our warranty! This is a 100% family-owned company for like 65 years. All employees are family members. We will continue to use this company forever!
