It was a really good experience. I have been doing this for thirty years and this was the best installation I have ever had. Jim was very fast, was very quiet, and there was minimal disruption. We already had the carpets when he came on, so he just did what we asked him to do, and it was always a yes. It was faster, it was more efficient, and it was really, really well done. The team was so amiable and there to do whatever we wanted them to do. They didn’t need a lot of supervision; it is an open office system so they used lifts to lift up the office systems and run the tiles under them and run them back the isle again. It was just a really good job; I didn’t have to worry. He always kept me informed of what was happening. There was one place where he installed the wrong carpet and it was taken out and reinstalled in an hour. The pricing was wonderful.
