Would set up appointments and would not show up. If they remembered that we had an appointment , would not show up in time. I work 12 and 14 hour days. Would rearrange my busy schedule and they wouldn't show up. This happened twice. They worked on my house a total of 3 times and STILL did not fix the problem. I have used them for quite some time on a couple of my properties and their level of service has deteriorated significantly. Unfortunately, I had to move on. I would no recommended again.

Was very professional and cleaned up after he finished!
Description of Work: Remove old toilet and install a new one. Also repaired second toilet that was constantly running.

Dale was great. He did the regular maintenance on my tankless water heater. He cleaned the scale out of the unit. He also was able to fix a long time water flow problem in my bathroom.
Description of Work: Clean hot water heater and fix water flow issue.
