These guys are terrific. We called them, they came and gave an estimate and, when we were ready, we called them and they had the job completed within 2 days. The only thing negative I can say is that they cleaned their concrete tools on the grass with the first part of the job but as soon as we asked them to refrain from that practice, they were all apologies and did not repeat the process. They came early in the morning but didn't make too much noise (we were up anyway). They completed the job timely and for the agreed upon price. We are adding an addition and using Angie's list to locate a general contractor. The only thing they will not be allowed to do is change our exterior contractor for completion as we will be using Mr. Pratt's company again to complete the stucco when the construction is complete. I cannot say enough nice things about him.
