The crew consisting of Amanda and John Henry arrived on schedule. They were professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier!

It was great. We have a very large kitchen, foyer and hallway that goes from one end of the house to the other so there was a very large area to clean. He doesn't use machines. He does it all by hand kneeling down on the floor. He doesn't miss a spot at all.

I will start my review by utilizing one word to provide a start to my review. That word is Exemplary! I called George after another competitor grout cleaning outfit had done a totally incompetent job in my kitchen! As an FYI, when I called the corporate offices of the competitor they never had the courtesy to return my call. Getting back to my review of George Betancourt /Grout Busters. George provided orientation on the grout cleaning and sealing process. He provided a sample of his work and did it right in front of me, on my kitchen floor. During our interaction on the phone and in person, he demonstrated a high level of candor and integrity. He was cordial, professional, punctual and accommodating. The work that George did was absolutely outstanding and compelling. Truly Amazing! His fees are very competitive, and the work he performs is totally worth the investment/cost. I used Shawn about 6 years ago the first time I had my grout cleaned/restored. At that time he cleaned all of the grout lines then applied a tinted sealer. My tile looked brand new...it was every bit as dramatic as the pictures show. He said the sealer would be good for about 6 years depending on what type of products are used on them regularly. I called Shawn again to come back out and clean and seal the grout again. He agreed to do this for the same price as he charged me 6 years ago $475 (area about 340 sq/ft). I thought that was great. He came this morning to do the work and after the first round of just cleaning, he showed me the tile (it looked incredible) and he said your sealant is still good these floors look great now and I really don't need to do the sealant again yet...you just needed a maintenance clean and you probably have another 3 years before you need sealant again! So he took $200 off the price and just did the 'maintenance clean." I've never had a contractor talk me into spending less money. I was more than happy to save $200!! Needless to say I plan to have him back out in 3 years. I recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors. A friend used him a few months ago for his kitchen grout and was thrilled with the results.
