+ -1 moreI hung up on the guy because I will not be talked to like an errant child. I was forced to work on the system by myself. It turned out to be a bad check valve. I am 59 years old and should not be doing this kind of labor. My husband is in very poor health and I had to have the system back up and running.
Description of Work: I called this provider to repair my well pumps. I have two, a well pump that feeds my water to air heating and cooling system and a sprinkler pump. I was not getting water to either pump. I was very rudely chewed out for have having a water to air heating/cooling system and that they were the worst systems in the world. I did not want him to work on the HVAC system in the house, I wanted him to get my well back up and running. I have had this system for over 30 years. I have replaced the HVAC part only once and the outside well water pump only twice. I think that is a pretty darn good system.
