We paid two thousand dollars ($2,000) for delivery and installation of doors. No service and no repayment. We ordered a fire door with installation from Steve Wallace and pre-paid $2000. According to Steve, the door deliver was delayed from the supplier. Beginning 10/12/2020 to today it has been one story after another. He has claimed illness, moving issues, delayed responses, broken axle on way to our house, another illness, door damaged in trailer accident, incorrect door size reordered, co-worker not available this week to help, too busy before the holidays, truck's gas line leaking, delayed response, wrong gas line ordered and the lies continued. Each time he was to come I would work around it - we changed our personal schedule, to accommodate him and we waited for nothing. Then he told us he did not have the fire door and would refund our money. The fire door itself, installed was $2,000. We just asked for the $2,000. Steve Wallace agreed to the amount but since 1/27/2020 we have been waiting for our money. He said it was in the mail, then a week later admitted he never mailed it. Again, he said he mailed it and went as far as to text me that if I had not deposited the check yet could I hold off until the end of the week but I did not, nor have I ever received a check so very deceitful. He then said he would bring the check to us 2/21/2020 but never did arrive or respond to my text that day. It is 3/13/2020 and we still do not have our money back from our payment in Sept. 2019. Will pursue this in the legal system.

Money was given to purchase doors, 1 ist it was wrong doors, holidays,, vacations, no help ,sick a few times, had to go to the Doctor, , would lnot return calls, would not show up on days he set up, The last thing was a car accident and he could not work, , would not return calls, Finally requested money to be returned waited 2-3 weeks, , check was given to us, but the baan would not cash it not enouch of funds,, Steve stated wait till friday then saturday then monday finallly money returned,
