Overall, it went amazing and I was over pleased which led me to create this account. DuctPros was referred to me by a friend that was having the same problems with her home as I did. She also had rooms that were not being cooled in the summer or heating up in the winter. So on their webthey ran the duct test I researched on Gulf Powers website to see what energy upgrades I could afford. Anyways I called and the owner of DuctPros personally answered my call. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I found out that he was a state certified builder and a Class 1 energy star rater, its on his business card too with the license # so knowing he was credible made me feel comfortable letting him do the work. I also found out their duct leakage technicians were certified to perform the duct test and repairs so that made me feel a lot better too. After they finished my 60 year old mother and I literally could tell a difference in the rooms immediately it blew my mind. My mother is really picky when it comes to her home and they were very respectful and pleasant to talk to. Their website is very informative and they are affiliated with Gulf Power so I knew I could't go wrong.
