+ -1 moreI have trashed the mail from Convergent and I don't answer or return their calls. I would like Dish off my back and I refuse to pay for a bill that isn't mine. I have sent a letter to all three credit reporting agencies asking that they remove "Ricardo" from my reports.
Description of Work: Dish Networks apparently, provided service to someone named "Ricardo Eddings" and found my name and address and put him at my address because of the similarity of our first names. Over the past three or so years Dish has given the account to several collection agencies after I many times informed Dish that no one by that name lives or has lived at my address. Now they have given the account to Convergent Outsourcing Inc. who has renewed the effort to dun me for this amount & I'm getting phone calls for "Ricordo." Dish Account #" 8255909417168900. + -1 moreI can get more football than what is offered, and it is extra, but I can get it without any problems from them. The times I have called them, they have answered my questions satisfactorily. I don't get the movie channels and stuff like that. I only get the extra sports.

+ -1 moreThey listen to what I had to say and did what I asked. He even gave me number that only the boss answers, so I could get directly to him. He was very honest. He told me to go with someone else for internet, because theirs was limited. Their equipment is excellent. They were there when they said they would be. It was good experience.

+ -1 moreThey give $50 for referring a friend or family member. I have not have problems with them. They will work with you to get your TV back on during storms and you can watch your recorded programs during that time.
