lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreI ordered parts and had them shipped out. When I tried to install the power cable, I discovered that it was the right kind of part, but the wrong one for my particular model. I contacted them on Thursday, and by Saturday I had a replacement without any kind of shipping charge. They included an envelope to return the wrong part in as well. They provided excellent service and fixed the problem quickly.
Description of Work: Sent out replacement parts for a Lawnboy lawnmower.
