+ -1 moreI scheduled my "Harvest Gold" tub to be refinished on 4/15/15. Once the technician arrived, I showed him the bathtub to be redone. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go with white or bisque so he brought in a couple of buckets of paint to see the shades. After looking at the area, he suggested that I should "paint" the harvest gold ceramic tile surround as well and perhaps the tile floor to so it would all be the same, I wasn't interested in making such a large $$$ commitment on the spur of the moment ~ originally I just wanted to get the tub done. I did tell him that I would be replacing the harvest gold toilet and sink and he did make a helpful suggestion of waiting until I had those installed so the technician could match the shade to the tub. He proceeded to take some photos of the tub, tile surround and floor that he was going to show to his supervisor and someone would get back to me with an estimate. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything. It seemed to me that the job was too small for him to do and he just wanted to get on to the next job. I will be going with a local bathtub refinisher who is more than happy to do just the tub for me.

+ -1 moreHe was extremely courteous before and after. Both my tenants and I were very pleased with the job since he gave me before and after pictures. I am located about 3-1/2 hours away.
Description of Work: I used Bath Professional for bathtub repair and refinishing in a rental property I own. I had an older tub that had a couple of rough spots and holes. He repaired them and then refinished the tub.
