They did not do the service they promised. They did not listen to my explanation of what was wrong and at one point one of their service people sold me an aerosol cleaner for $25 and it was clearly used as it had one spray left. In their attempt to repair the fridge they cracked the brand new casing they installed and now it's remained hanging loose. They are not reliable and fairly incompetent, and seemed very apathetic towards their work and their customers.

The repair itself went fine. But three months later I get a bill. I said that HH Gregg should take care of this, as I was a promised. They had billed the company responsible for the dryer warranty, which would not pay. It took me several phone calls, and on one I was hung up (thanks Brian) on, to get to the point where I ended up paying the bill. Customer satisfaction is not an interest of either Aand E or Gregg.

electrolux warranty sold by fergusons on a range,the sad truth is they give you a NINE hour window,do not have parts nor any experience with the product,they consult their ipad,for an hour then say ok it was an e-15 failure as reported.Then the mfg ships the circuit board to us then we call and arrange another service call,another NiNE hour window.This type circuit board has failed twice before. they do not carry a circuit board tester,and have no way to know if the new board is defective,the mfg won't even send board to them only to us. We have spent 36 hours waiting,and another 9 or 45 hours waiting for this paid for warranty service. Now consider a lawyer billing 450/hr times 45 hours is $20,250.00 waiting for the stupid people,and it still doesen't work. This is the MOST ridiculous service situation I have ever HEARD.

They are excellent. They are very good, very reasonable. They are very professional, they are very good at the repairs, their pricing is excellent, they are half the price of Sears' home warranty. I see their trucks all over town, so they must be a solid force in our area. And they have saved us hundreds of dollars in repairs. It's a solid you pay and quot;xand quot; amount per year and they cover all of those appliances for a year. In our case it is a washer, dryer, stove, refridgerator, dishwasher. I think our renewal fee is around $549, Sears is about $900. And they will replace up to $1500 if they can't fix it where Sears will only give you up to $500. I can tell you that on my refridgerator they saved me $1800 in repairs.
